Vampires and werewolves have been around before humans existed. Most were enemies. Vampires and werewolves had clans. An alpha for each clan, and the top alpha in general. Each clan had different symbols. Nate was a vampire and was the alpha of the strongest pack, and the alpha vampire in general. He had an eyebrow piercing, lip piercing, a huge two-clawed scar on his right eye, and a recent wound on his neck. The scar and wounds were caused by werewolves and hunters. The symbol for his clan was a tattoo of three bats. Matt was a regular human and he was married to Nate. It was October, and every vampire would go into bloodlust until the first day of November. Matt never knew that Nate had the scar, the wound, the tattoo, or the piercings because vampires had the abilities to hide them if they wanted to. One day when Nate was taking care of Oliver, he had forgotten to hide the tattoo of his clan, his scar, his wound, and his piercings. His eyes were a dull red, almost starting to turn grey. What happens when Matt walks in and sees him?
