Matt always got bullied in middle school. "Hey nerd!" A voice echoed in the hall. Matt started walking faster down the hall wishing to avoid the voice and just get to class. "Aren't you gonna talk? Or just walk away?" The voice says and grabs Matt's shoulder turning him around. "Just leave me alone.." He says, not making any eye contact. "Aw. Why? Scared are we?" They say smirking. Matt looks up and they push him into the lockers. "Hey leave him alone!" A voice yells out from down the hall. Matt looks over and sees Nathan Smith. He was the "popular" guy at school. Even though he was just as nerdy as Matt was. The guy from before rolls his eyes and walks away. "Hey, you okay?" Nate asks as he walks to him. "Yeah. Its nothing new." He says looking at Nate. He smiles and holds Matt's hand and starts walking him to class. "Uh Nate what are you doing?" Matt asks. "Well if you're my boyfriend now I wanna keep you safe." He says and smiles. He smiles back and holds Nate's hands. After that day, nobody bothered Matt ever again. I'm Nate.
