"Alright spill!" Brett whispered as she stood at her locker besides mine a smug smile on her face. Pulling my hair up into a bun I looked over at her confused.

"Spill about what exactly?" I asked. Shutting our lockers we walked towards the coffee machine.

"You know what I mean, Cruz told me that the lieutenant took you home." She said giving me a rinse as we sat down at the long table.

"Okay, couple of things. One, he walked me home, that's all. Two, how does Cruz know what happened. And three, stop giving me that look!" I giggled as I nudged her arm.

"Casey told him, I think. And what do you mean 'that's all'." She said putting air quotations at the end. "He for sure has - Hey Lieutenant." She suddenly said looking over my shoulder.

Looking over my shoulder I saw Kelly walking in with his bag thrown over his shoulder looking like a god as usual. Looking up to his face it took me by surprise to see he was looking me over aswell.

"Running late Lieutenant?" I sarcastically asked with a small smile on my face as he rolled his eyes at my question, his signature smile still on his face.

"Yeah, something like that Parks." He said as he walked in the direction of Boden's office.

"And nothing happened huh?" Brett said suspiciously as she looked between me and Kelly.

"Yeah, nothing at all." I smiled into my cup, I wasn't going to tell anyone about the kiss last night, not until I spoke to him first.

"Hey guys, Chief wants us in the briefing room." Casey said as he walked across the apparatus floor. Climbing out of the back of the Ambo after checking our supplies I made my way to the briefing room taking a seat at the edge next to Brett.

"Sorry we're late chief." Kelly said as he and the rest of squad walked in standing against the wall beside me, sending me a smile as he looked down at me.

"Chicago PD need our help, I expect you all to help where you can." Chief said as he gestured for someone to come in.

In walked an older man with greying hair, just by looking at him I could tell he wasn't your typical 'by the books' cop. A tanned man with jet black hair entered behind him, I could see from the corner of my eye that Brett was watching his every move. We'll talk about that later.  Then in walked Jay, the guy that Brett introduced me to at Mollys the other day. Noticing me he sent me a small smile and a nod receiving a smile from me he went and stood beside the other two officers.

"Most of you know us, for those who don't I'm Sergent Voight, Detective Dawson and Detective Halstead." The older man introduced pointing at the other two as he said their names.

"There's an apartment building across the street, we've got intel that says a large supply of heroin is being sold from an apartment in the block." Detective Dawson said as he looked over everyone, his eyes seemingly lingering on Brett. Definite girl chat coming.

"This guys smart, he comes and goes through the back and only people close to him know what's going on." Jay continued on from Dawson.

"Word is he's got a big supply coming and we don't want that stuff getting out on the streets. I'm gunna have two officers stationed here for a few days, keep an eye on the guy." Voight said as he looked at Boden who nodded in approval.

"What can we do?" Kelly asked from beside me making jump since I'd forgotten he was even there.

"Once the supplies have been dropped we need you to go in there and say there's been a gas leak, get everyone to evacuate so we can get into his apartment." Jay explained as he looked over the crowd infront of him.
