Y/N: *grunts* My head. I wish the next time I get teleported, it won't be such a pain. Especially my head jeez.
As I open my eyes, I was already in Remnant. It seems like I was teleported in a forest. The forest looks beautiful, the leaves of the trees were light red and the ground had the shade of light brown. It was something that I don't have back at home.
Y/N: Might as well admire the view while I'm here.
I continue to explore the forest more while also trying to look for a way out. This forest was huge and no animals or creatures in sight so far for such a huge forest. After a few more minutes of walking, I noticed something shining in a small gap between two trees. I went around the trees and I see a Katana that seems to be stuck on a rock.
Y/N: This, is a fucking trap isn't it. Who would leave such a blade in the forest? Unless...

I inspected the blade from afar. The Katana seemed to be in its best condition. It's like no one was able to use it in years. I decided to approach the rock since I was thinking that this may be a weapon that's been hidden for years. As I was approaching the rock to retrieve the Katana, I suddenly heard a loud crash behind me. Looking back, a large creature appeared. It had bright red eyes and it was growling at me. The creature seems to have a similar body shape to a bear but this one is really big so I decided to move back slowly while it was moving towards me. I suddenly bumped the Katana and thought of the only thing to do was to pull this blade out.
Y/N: Arghhh. Why. Won't. It. Budge!
Still doing my best to pull out the Katana, the monster pounces at me and I instantly dashed out. The monster continued to growl at me furiously since I dodged its attack. Its eyes glowed brighter and the creature suddenly let out a large roar. Didn't have any weaponry with me to fight the beast so I decided to use the only weapon available.
Y/N: My fists.
We both charge at each other while letting out a shout. The monster swiped with its claw as I parried it and I formed a fist and punched the monster in the center. The monster stopped moving and suddenly collapsed on the floor while its red eyes stopped glowing.
Y/N: Whew. Well, that's done. Now time to get that Katana.
I faced back to the Katana but I suddenly stopped because of what I was seeing. The Katana was slowly rising from the rock until it was no longer in it. The Katana started to levitate towards me and then it suddenly stops when it was already inches away from me. I slowly reached it with my hand then I grabbed the Katana. I suddenly felt a shock go throughout my whole body which caused me to have visions of such. I got glimpses of someone who held the same blade I'm wielding but his eyes, they were white and his aura felt different. A text suddenly appeared on the blade of the Katana and it just said "Worthy".
Y/N: Worthy, huh. I like the sound of that.
I inspected the blade more to see what other things this katana had to offer. I still wonder about the visions I got when I placed my grip on it.
3rd Person POV
Y/N placed the sword on his back and inspected the corpse of the monster that he has slain.
Y/N: Hmm. What is this thing? Doesn't look like an animal to me but, something worse.
While Y/N was trying to study the unknown creature, birds suddenly flew out of the forest while roars were echoing through the forest.
Y/N: Looks like I've got more company.
Y/N moved up and started to run as he finds a way out of the forest. He suddenly comes to a halt when someone called his attention.
???: Hey you there.
Y/N was confused about where the voice came from. He looked each side of his surroundings and didn't see anyone until he looked at one of the trees.
Y/N: Umm. Who are you? Actually, never mind. I gotta go and you should too. More of those things are coming right towards us.
Y/N was about to sprint but was stopped again because of the stranger jumping in front of him
???: I know, so follow me.
The stranger started to run and Y/N had no choice but to follow the girl to where she was headed. As they continue running, Y/N saw a yellow bike and the girl jumped and landed on the bike.
???: C'mon, hop on.
Y/N: Do you have a spare helmet? :)
???: Just hop on, this is no time for jokes.
Y/N: Okay I'm sorry.
Y/N sits at the back of the girl and she starts the engine of her bike. Monsters suddenly appeared behind them and the girl instantly accelerated her bike out of the forest.
Y/N: Well that was a close one.
???: Yeah, thank Oum I brought my bike with me.
Y/N: Oum? Who is this Oum guy?
As they were driving along the road, things started to get awkward because of the silence between the two so Y/N initiated a conversation.
Y/N: So what were you doing in a forest at a time like this?
???: I was gonna ask you the same thing.
Y/N: I was just out for a stroll, but those damn things came out of nowhere.
???: You mean Grimm
Y/N: Yeah, whatever you call those things.
???: Well you look like someone not from here, am I right?
Y/N: Yeah right you are, I'm Y/N by the way. Thanks for letting me ride with you.
???: Don't mention it.
Y/N: So, what's your name?
???: Yang Xiao Long, but you can call me Yang Cutie.
Y/N suddenly blushed after what Yang said and they continued to drive along the road until they reach the city of Vale.
