She couldn't breathe.
She couldn't move.
Her lungs were burning, as well as her eyes, clothes, and skin.
Heavy.
She felt extremely heavy.
Blue eyes blinked away tears of pain as she fought hard to move; everything was burning, and it all hurt so much. She reached a shaky hand out, the other wrapped around her dry, sore throat. Help me... She pleaded.
SOMEONE HELP ME!
Leci woke up with a fright, drenched in cold sweat as she jerked violently in her seat. She placed a hand on her chest, feeling her heart beating against her ribs as she took deep breaths. It's only a dream... She thought with a shudder. But it felt so real... Like I really couldn't breathe... And...
"Leci?"
The blonde blinked, turning to her right to see her mother, Amelia, looking at her with a concerned expression. "What's wrong?" "It..." She licked her lips, avoiding her mother's gaze. "I just had a bad dream." The girl wiped the sweat from her head with her sleeve, and leaned back into her seat with closed eyes. "Do you want to talk about it?" She asked. The blonde shook her head, and looked towards her mother with a small smile. "Nah, I'll be fine." She replied. "I'll get over it." A yawn left her lips, and she watched as her mother nodded(reluctantly), and turned away from her. Leci looked towards the window, her eyes trained onto the morning sky. It's only a dream, Leci. She thought, closing her eyes as she began drifting back to sleep.
A dream and nothing more.

The slight jerk of the plane was enough to get the attention of a half-asleep Leci, who blinked tiredly and looked around with a yawn. "... Are we there yet?" She croaked, tiredly rubbing her eyes. Amelia sat up straight, looking out the window beside her daughter before she nodded in confirmation. "Yep! We are here!" She smiled, getting a tired "Yay" from the girl as she yawned once again. "And we still got a bit of daylight so we can explore our new surroundings a bit!" Leci looked out the window, and just as she said, it was still daylight.
And they were at the airport.
Her stomach suddenly had butterflies exploding in her stomach. She took a deep breath, and placed a hand on her chest to stop the feeling of anxiety from growing any further. "Is this..."
"Musutafu, Japan!"
Leci turned towards Amelia, watching as she unbuckled herself from her seat and stretched her arms. "I'm so ready to get off this plane!" She exclaimed. "I am too!" She smiled. "I wanna explore this place as soon as we find our house! Maybe I can find us something to eat! Or shop!" The two smiled at the thought.
The feeling of anxiety was no longer there, and the dream she woke up from had been pushed into the back of her mind, focused on getting off the plane and finding their new home.

The two stepped out of the airport, luggage tugged behind them as the exited the building. Leci looked around the area; it was filled with so many people, some were dressed in fancy pant suits. Some turned to look at the two, but other than that, no one seemed to glance their way. "This is definitely something." She said, turning towards her mother. The woman hummed in agreement, and walked towards the edge of the sidewalk to where the cars were at. She followed her closely, grabbing onto her hoodie sleeve as they walked. "The car should be here soon, so until then, we can take the train."
"The train? What about a bus? It's a lot easier than just walking towards a train station!"
"Hmm..."
Just as she was about to speak, Leci looked over Amelia's shoulder and spun her around to see what she was looking at. "See! Let's take that bus!" She exclaimed, grabbing her hand. "Wait, Leci! We don't know where we would go to!"
"Which is why we ask!"
The two ran to the bus, and upon standing at the doorway, they saw the bus driver; a man in his late thirties with beige skin, brown hair, and brown eyes. He took one glance at them, then stretched his hand out towards them. Leci blinked, but shook his hand, nevertheless. As soon as they did, the driver spoke, his English having a bit of an accent as he greeted them. "You two are certainly new!" The two blinked in surprise. "Oh, right! I used my quirk! My quirk lets me understand a person's language by physical contact! It definitely comes in handy with foreigners such as yourselves!"
"Really? That's actually pretty awesome!"
The driver smiled at them. "Where do you two need to go?" He asked. Amelia looked down at her phone, and narrowed her eyes ever so slightly. "Somewhere near... Aldera... Junior High?" "Aldera? Ahh, yes! I know what you mean! It's near the Tatooin Train Station! It shouldn't be that far!"
"Awesome! Thank you so much!"
~
Just as he said, Tatooin Train Station wasn't far. The two thanked him, and with that, the bus drove off. Leci looked around her new surroundings; the sidewalks were bustling with people left and right! The streets looked lively, and the Sakura trees did nothing but add on to the already thriving community around her. The blonde could feel her heart flutter, as well as her stomach explode with butterflies; her mother watched as the faintest smile began to appear on her face. In all honesty, she didn't know what to feel.
Anxious?
Excited?
Both?
Everything seemed surreal!
"... I can't believe we did this...!" Leci spoke, turning towards her mother. Brown met blue, glistening as she was now jumping, squealing with glee. "I can't believe we did this!"
"Leci! Calm down! You're not six!"
"Oh, come on! Don't tell me you're not the least bit excited about being here! I've always wanted to move away since-"
A roaring like sound rang through the air. The two stopped conversing, and became tense.
That sound was too close for comfort!
Amelia grabbed Leci's left hand and began sprinting in the other direction; the sound was heard again, and the girl turned around.
There, on the train tracks, above the main road, was a villain.
A giant one at that!
