LECI'S POV:

A week has passed since the U.A. Entrance Exam, along with Ayumi meeting my mom once again after all this time. She was thrilled to see her(Seeing as how Ayumi was like a second daughter), and we all would catch up on how our lives had turned out.

Though, as much as I love to reconnect with an old friend, I was anxious. In the back of my mind and in the pit of my stomach, I was antsy about the day I would get my letter for U.A. They could tell I was anxious because of how I wasn't able to sit still, and on top of that I would, everyday, go check the mail.

If you couldn't tell, I was a major, nervous wreck. Today was no different.

"Leci? Leci? Are you alive?"

I blinked, snapping out of my small trance as I looked up at my mom. She looked at me with a slightly concerned expression. "You barely touched the Omelette, and you absolutely love that stuff!" She exclaimed. I quickly shook my head at her before picking up my fork. "S-Sorry, I've just been spacing out!  That's all!" I began to scarf down the lukewarm omelette and bacon, doing my best to ignore her stare.

After brunch, I helped my mom put up the food and cleaned up the kitchen. While cleaning off the table, I felt myself get lost in thought, slowly stopping cleaning in the process. I know I did somewhat okay in the exam... But the written exam nearly destroyed me... I haven't made a high C since coming here. Would I still be accepted even with such a low grade...?

"You did great,  Angel."

Snapping out of my trance, I turned towards my mom, who was still doing the dishes. I could see her smile from the side as she continued to speak. "I have complete faith that you passed, and even if you don't get in, I trust you will become a great hero!" At her words, I could feel a small lump in my throat form, as well as a wide smile. She was never one to tell lies, and hearing that from her was more than enough for me. I grabbed the rag and put it in the sink, but not before hugging my mom from behind. "Thanks, mom.." I said, giving her a small squeeze before walking to my room. When I closed the door, I went to my bed and flopped onto it, my hair spilling onto the sheets and over my shoulders. I laid there for what seemed like forever, and could feel my eyes grow heavy. More and more until they were completely shut.

If I could sleep forever, that'd be amazing...

"ALECIA!"

Or maybe not.

"ALECIA! COME DOWN HERE!"

"COMING!"

Begrudgingly, I got up from my bed, walking out of my room and into the living room to see my mom now standing there with her back to me. She seemed to be holding something and was silent until I called out to her.

"Mom, is everything-"

"IT'S HERE! THE LETTER!"

My heart skipped at beat, my eyes completely wide before looking down at the letter in her hand.

This is it...

3rd Person POV:

Leci and Amelia sat on the couch, their eyes glued onto the letter that sat in the girl's hands. She felt her stomach do massive flips, her hands becoming clammy as well as her mouth going dry. "Are you gonna open it?" She asked, her eyes glued onto her daughter with anticipation. Said girl nodded, and began to open it. Inside of the letter was nothing really out of the ordinary; however, aside from the paperwork, there was a small communicator."That's new..." Amelia said with a raised brow. Leci sets it down on the table, and as soon as she does, it turns on.

What-or rather- who she sees was completely unexpected.

"BOOYAH! I AM HERE! AS A PROJECTILE!"

Leci screamed out in shock at the sight, whereas Amelia blinked back in utter surprise. "M-Mr. All Might?! How-What- This is from U.A., though! Isn't it?!" I-Is he gonna be a teacher there?! But isn't he a hero?!   "I know it has been a long while, but with great power comes with a great amount of paper work!" He proclaimed with a small cough, then bows right after. "My apologies, young lady!" She merely blinked at him, her mouth opened wide slightly. "But the truth is, I didn't come to this city just to fight villains!" Oh my God- "You're looking at the newest U.A. faculty member!"

OH MY GOD-

"Wait, are you for real?! You're really gonna be teaching at U.A.?!"

All Might nodded, but not before looking to the side and appeared to be conversing with the cameraman. "What? I'm not showboating!" Silence. "Alright, I will wrap it up as soon as I can! Thankfully there's not that much to do!" He laughed before putting his focus back onto the camera! "Anyway, moving on!" Leci stared intensely at the hologram, gripping onto the fabric of her pajama pants until they turned white. Amelia noticed this, but kept quiet. "You may have passed the written exam, but you seemed to not have that many points for the practical exam. Sorry." The blonde stayed silent, looking down from the hologram and to her hands. She felt numb; was I supposed to have a certain amount of points to get in? Am I able to mainly get in because of the practical?  Knowing she never really passed the practical and only attacking the arena traps made her feel horrible, but the only good thing that came out of it all was saving Ayumi. But, even then, it still hurt.

A lot.

"Fortunately, there were other factors."

Leci snapped out of her trance and looked back up at All Might. "You see, the practical exam was not created for combat alone!" He exclaimed, his arms forming into an X shape. Their eyes went wide, the young girl feeling her stomach erupt in butterflies. "If it's not just for combat, then..." Leci trailed off. "How can the hero course reject someone who is committed to saving others, no matter the consequence to themselves? That is what makes a fine hero! And that's what my Alma Mater is all about: Training those who would risk their lives for the greater good!"

The screen switches from All Might to a score board.

"So we have rescue points! A panel of judges watch, and they award points for heroic acts just beyond fighting villains!"

Leci looks at the score board, looking at all the points everyone has. Most of them were high (Though two stood out for one having zero rescue points and the other having zero villain points), but the one that stood out the most, the highest number out of them all for rescue, was 95.

"Alecia Wilson! Ninety Five rescue points!"

What?

Did she hear him right?

Were those her points?! Who else did she rescue?! Maybe she did save few people during the exam, but all of those points belong to her.

She did that!

The scree then turned back to All Might, with his back facing away from the camera until he turned partially towards it. "You passed the exam!" He proudly said. Leci couldn't stop herself from covering her mouth in utter shock. Her eyes became blurry, and before she knew it, her hands and cheeks were wet as well as her face heating up. "T-There's no way...! You're lying to me..!" She stammered with bewilderment. All Might said nothing at first, but puts his hand out towards the camera. "Welcome, Alecia..."

I can't believe it.. It-It's really happening!

"You have made it! You're now part of the Hero Academia!"
