He had a rough, beast-like appearance with a head resembling a horse/shark's with a wide, muscular body, dark brown dreadlocks and a pale beard around the jaw. The black shirt he wore was tattered, ripped open in the front as well as the sleeves; the only thing that wasn't ripped were the jeans.

He roared again, but this time, swung at a cable tower, and she watched as it began to fall down towards the crowd that began to form at the scene. Leci grabbed her mother's hand and stopped running. She looked back at her, eyes wide with a look as if she'd grown another head. "What are you doi-?!" Her screeching was cut off by someone running by them. They looked back, and just as the cable tower was about to crush the crowd, it appeared that something had stopped it. The girl turned back to her mother, and began to tug her arm back lightly. "I'm gonna go watch!"

"Oh, no you're not!"

"I'll be okay! Have faith in me!"

Before Amelia could retort back, Leci freed her arm from her grasp and ran towards the crowd. Her mother screamed her name, but it died down as she began entering the crowd. "I wish I had a quirk that made me super strong!" She heard whilst squeezing through. Leci soon made it to the front, and tripped over her own feet. She caught herself, but she also caught herself in what appeared to be almost beside the hero who was holding up the cable tower with his bare hands.

He was a very tall, muscular man with a wide build and tan skin. He also had a square jaw that juts out a notable amount, small eyes and short white hair, spiked out behind his head. He wore a large headband with a yellow and black-striped caution pattern, which matched his thick wrist-guards and the belt around his waist. A square buckle with a triangular decoration that sat in the center. He wore a cyan-colored like cardigan, which exposes his lower torso and the centre of his pectorals, held onto his chest on each side by small metal nuts. His pants were dark blue, sporting white stripe down each side, and are slightly baggy on him, and plain black, simple shoes. No way...

"Miss, step back!"

Leci blinked owlishly, and did as told. As soon as she did, a line of water was placed between herself and the scene. "Everyone, please stay back! This area is far too dangerous!" The girl looked over to the right and saw a firefighter. He sported a long yellow jacket with high-visibility lines running down the centre, along his sleeve cuffs, hem, and high collar, as well as a red fireman hat. A thin cannon is strapped to his left shoulder, which is attached to the red water tank he wears on his back. He wore a white mask with a single orange bead embedded into the center, which could possibly be his eye. He had taps for hands with circular wrist-guards just behind their openings, red valves over the top, a pair of similar knee-pads on his legs, and yellow sneakers on his feet. "Whoa! The rescue specialist Backdraft is here?! He'll make sure we're okay!"

Backdraft? Rescue specialist?

Leci watched the scene in front of her intensely, eyes wide ever so slightly as the air left her lungs. This must have caught someone's attention because she heard a laugh as someone spoke to her. "Not from here, are you, kid?" She jumped at the words, and looked towards her left to see a woman. She was short, mid twenties with fair skin, black hair with multi-colored streaks that was put in a ponytail, bright amber eyes with slits for pupils, and wore a black-red flannel with a black undershirt, ripped blue jeans and black knee-high boots. The girl nodded, cheeks turning pink ever so slightly. "N-No ma'am! I'm not!" The woman cackled and patted her shoulder with a wide grin. "Hey, don't be nervous! There's nothin' to worry about! More people are comin'!"
