Part: 18 " Confronting Kyra"

Later that night, Sophie has purposedly posted the photos of her and her new friend, Mike on her social media. She knew as Jumin will always follow up on her social sites. She wants Jumin to know how it feels when seeing someone they love with someone else. Jumin has great jealousy and he could not hold his jealousy whenever she is with a man.

As expected, Jumin receives a notification of the posted photo. It surprised him to see her with an unknown guy while he is really worried about her. "Who is this guy??" Jumin mumbles.

In a few minutes, Jumin receives a call and his face turns bitter. He rushes out from his penthouse and headed to somewhere.

Inside Jaehee's apartment, Sophie is preparing herself to bed while Jaehee is on her computer. She looks focused and Sophie does not want to bother her so she landed on her bed. Her fingers are on the phone, replying to the comments left on the photo she posted previously.

Abruptly, the bell is ringing. "Are you expecting  someone at this hour Jaehee?" Sophie asks Jaehee.

"Oh, yes, I'm so hungry, so I ordered something, wait, I'll get the door, please join me for supper..." She rushes to the door. Sophie still focuses on her phone. After a while, she only heard silence and take a peek at Jaehee. She wonders what took her so long at the door.

Jaehee is standing still at the door. She is lost for words once she sees Jumin standing in front of her. Sophie is curious so she walks to the door. "Did he get a wrong order Jaehee?" Sophie question. It surprised her to see Jumin is at the door. He gazes at her with disappointments, cold, and anger. He looks disturbed while clenching his teeth. A common reaction when someone is holding a wave of anger.

"Ju... Jumin..what are you doing here at this hour?" She startled.

"We need to talk... So please come outside... " He let out a firm voice. Unhesitantly, she follows Jumin to his car. She could not lift her head to face him.

Loud and clear, he let out his frustration. "I am worried sick of you! I don't even eat a proper meal, haven't had a proper sleep as I'm so worried about you... But you didn't bother to call me?? Why didn't you pick up my calls? I had to call you like thousands of times... Why??!! Why didn't you bother to text me to say that you are fine..??! What is it this time? Tell me..!!! " Jumin yells in anger.

Sophie is quiet. She clenched her shirt and she is sorry for making him worried. "Who is this guy, anyway?? You don't even reply to my call or my texts, yet you have been going out with this guy for these past few days??! Are you?? Who is he??!" Jumin grabs her shoulder hardly. Force her to speak the truth. She feels pains on her shoulder as the grips are strong.

"He is a friend... I just met him yesterday..." She answers.

"You just knew him from yesterday and you already going out with him??..! " He is filled with frustration and agony. Instantly, he punches the car's mirror and his hand starts to bleed. It stunned her of his aggressive act and she begins to tear up. She is afraid of him, the real him, or the bad side of him that she had not seen before.

"Why didn't you come home?" He calms down and asks her. "I did..." She answers. "When I was in the office?" He is confirming. Sophie refuses to talk. She wipes the tears and she knew she looks so weak right now.

"Let's go home..." Jumin pulls her hand but she let go of his hand.

"I can't... I need some time for myself Jumin... I'm sorry... " She walks away from Jumin and hopes he will understand. Jumin is speechless.

"Time for herself? What does she mean?? No... No... I can't live without her... What is it this time?? Did I do something wrong? Is it because of the rumors?? Is it because I agreed to change the exhibition date? Is it because I sent her to Koro Levu??? Argh! " He moans. He is curious what had made her act abnormally. He put into his mind that she is angry because of the rumors. The thought of her leaving him has left Jumin uneasy. He does not want it to happen for the second time.
