The six generals

over my head

Me and John were walking home "hey I'm going to play some games when we get home, wanna join?" I shook my head "nah, I want to mess with my telescope my uncle gave me for my birthday, haven't been able to mess with it" John nodded "cool, next week then? You me and shara?" I nodded "sure" John Broke away from me and walked down to his street on the left and yelled behind him "see ya!" I waved goodbye and walked down to my street to my house. I got to the porch of my house and opened the door. I closed the door behind me locking it and threw the keys to the side, I walked upstairs to my parents room to see my dad asleep then walked to my room. The room was small, a dim yellowish light coming from the window, on the right was my bed against the wall to the middle, my closet was on the left and some clothes was on the floor of my room. I threw my backpack to the side and picked up some clothes putting it to the side. I walked into my closet taking out a big box that had the picture of a telescope on it, I took it out three peace's of the telescope and a manual. I threw the manual to the side not paying much attention to it and took out the peace's from a plastic bag putting it together. When I was done I opened the curtains and put it near my window "let's see if this works" I said to myself, I put my eye into the small lens and saw the stars starting to appear as the sun went down making the sky look like a rainbow of colors, it was beautiful. I moved the telescope and saw the moon when something bright Caught my attention, I moved the telescope to see a meteor coming down to earth... wait a meteor!? I thought, I let go of the telescope and looked through my window to see the meteor in the distance, it seemed to go slow from afar and looked like it was coming my way, I gasped as it got closer seeing how big it was. I ran downstairs and opened the door to the back yard walking backwards when I saw the meteor getting bigger loosing some speed. I watched in amazement as the meteor went over my head the ashes falling from the meteor and onto my head, without thinking I shook my head to get the ashes out and ran climbing over the fence and out into the near by trees that blocked my view. As I kept running I saw the meteor coming again but it was a lot closer this time, I kept running the meteor Leaving my sight again. Without warning I felt a strong gust of wind that made me lose my balance and fell backwards into the cold grass. I got up and ran to the meteor hearing flocks of birds flying in the distance. As a reached to a clearance in the woods I saw the meteor probably ten feet high and thirteen feel wide in the ground smoke coming out of it, the ground looked like a ring as it raised to the normal ground level. As I walked closer to it I could smell a strange sent coming from the meteor and I could feel the ground getting uneven under my feet. I got to the edge of the ring and looked at the meteor, it was cracked open and there was a strange green goo coming from the meteor, I slanted forward to the meteor but my feet slipped and I was falling down towards the meteor, I screamed as I came to a sudden stop face first next to the meteor. I looked up to see my finger in the green goop and freaked "OH GOD!" I screamed as I jumped back. The green goop sticked on to my finger a string from my finger to the puddle of green goop connecting it to me "ooohhhhh I'm going to get poisoned!" I said, I shook my hand trying to get it off but it seemed to only grow tighter onto my finger, the goo started to grow on my fingertips the string moving up and down. I stood up and took a few steps back, the goo seemed to only grow faster covering my finger still spreading onto my hand. I tried pulling it off with my other hand but the goo spread on to my other hand already covering both of my hands, as the goo spread though my arms a tingling feeling followed behind. I closed my eyes thinking that I was gunna die, I felt the tingling feeling crawling up my arms and spreading throughout my body until it covered all the way up to my neck. I could feel as if my skin absorbed the strange goo until the tingling went away. I opened my eyes to see my skin a little darker, it wasn't much but it was good enough for someone to notice. I looked down to the meteor to see the goo was completely gone, the ground that was covered by the goo was darker and seemed somewhat blueish. I heard cars in the distance and ran out of the ring and back into the forest, I watched from the trees seeing two black trucks saying USB on it. Three people came out, two men and a woman with suits and gloves walked over to the meteor and checked it out. I took a few steps back then turned around running away
