When Might And Magic Meet

Spooktober

Halloween was fast approaching for the students of hogwarts, but it couldn't come fast enough for a certain 9 students.

It started out as a normal day but don't most terrible days start out normal. The students went to their classes unaware of what was to come.

Leo POV

"I'm just saying they should be able to pick up on using weapons other than their wands more easily like come on its not that hard." I said, exasperated.

"Cut them some slack they haven't had gym class since they where 11, and they've only ever been taught to use a wand" Thalia pointed out.

"Wich is stupid"

Leo turned to walk forwards instead of his previous backwards to see the entire school staring at them from their tables. He cursed silently reminding him self to be more quiet when they enter the hall.

"I know I'm amazing but no need to stare" I received a laugh before the students turned back to their conversations.

Will POV

Will was nervous something, was going down today, but what that was the real question. He made sure to be extra alert. "hey" I looked over to see Nico looking worried "is everything alright?"

"oh ah ya just have a bad feeling" I responded quickly. "lets go to class."

By the time lunch rolled around nothing out of the ordinary had happened but the bad feeling didnt go away. The demigods went to their next class, COMC, to find they had a sub.

"Today we will be learning about something that most would consider as human as us witches and wizards,but some like me consider them as bad as centaurs, today we will talk about creatures that originated from greek mythology but also stem from roman myths, the demigod. They are half god and half human. They are said to not exsist but ifsome where to be found" Professor Maleux looked right at the demi gods. "They should be killed."

For the rest of class Professor Maleux talked all about demigods and their powers and how dangerous they where, like she was trying to get the class to beleieve they needed to be killed and where lowly, how disgusting Will thought. But at least now he knew why he had the bad feeling. Once class ended the demigods went into the school to hear the latest gossip, Prof. Maleux how she was "worse than Umbitch" and if demigods did exsist they should be treated as equals because they where. So at least if the demigods where forced to reveil themselves they would have the school support Will though happily, wrapping his arm around Nico as they walked to their nexted class.

When classes where over the demigods went back to the common room to find the Gryffindoors enraged by Maleux and went to talk to Ron, Hermione and Harry who where also complaing about Maleux.

"hopefully she'll be gone tommorow" Ron sighed.

The demigods where eating dinner with their Gryffindoor friends, when the doors to the great hall banged open and in walked Maleux, harpies, cyclops and hellhounds in tow. "I know there are demigod scum here and I brought them some friends who will no doubt kill them."

All the 10 demigods where standing weapons out before Maleux could finish her mini speach.

"Are you sure about that cause I'm pretty every single one of us could singlehandedly take down all those monsters if we didn't want to get this over with quick to avoid wizards getting hurt, we are the heros of Olympus after all" Percy snapped back sassily and the demigods sprung into action taking out the mini hoard of monsters in a matter of minutes and tieing up Maleux before she could escape.

Annabeth

Annabeth was worried, how had Maleux known they where demigods, she wasn't a monster after all, was she opperating under someone who was, was this the start of a war or just some silly witch who had gone rogue, this was supposed to be a simple mission, stay undercover, help the wizards get back on their feet and go back to camp. Now Annabeth might have a whole new war to plan for, of course the fates where cruel.

The nexted day workers from the ministry arrived to bring Maleux to askaban. "I'm not the only one, there are others this is the start of a war!" Maleux screamed as they left. The demigods turned to go make their announcments to the students of Hogwarts.

"This is the start of a war" Percy told the wizards all sarcasm and sass left behind for now Percy was 100% serious "any student younger than 3rd year will go home their parents and anybody older who wishes to leave may as well, if you are leaving go pack." All the 1st and 2nd years got up but everyone else stayed.

"Great we have lots of people, now to answer what happended last night, we are all demigods, Maleux tried to kill us because we are a threat to the other side. We will be training all of you without wands and the other teachers will teach you even more advanced spells. Because the greeks and romans are getting involved with this you will need greek and roman weapons made of a special medal that kills the monsters. Other demigods from our camps will be coming to help train you guys, make more weapons, and help us plan for war" Percy continued. "Now any questions"

Surprisingly only one hands raised, and not so surprisingly it was Hermiones.

"I have a couple questions, why are you guys qualified to lead us in this war have you even fought in one?"

"Yes we just finished one last year and a couple year before that we had another" Thalia told her.

"Ok and my next question is who are your godly parents?"

"Mine is Athena goddess of wisdom and battle strategy, Percy's is posiedon go of the sea and earthquakes, Leo's is Hephaestus, go dof fire and the forge, and he is also the first fire user in centuries, Pipers is Aphrodite, goddess of love and beauty, Jasons is Jupiter god of the sky and storms, Hazels is Pluto god of the underworld and riches, Frank is Mars god of war, Nico's is Hades god of death and the underworld, Will's is Apollo god of the sun, poetry, healing, music and a ton of other stuff, Thalia's is Zeus god of the sky and storms." Just as Annabeth finished Clarisse, Chris, the Stolls, Katie, Calypso, Reyna, Grover, and Coach hedge came in. "and those are our companions, the others will be arrivning tommorow I assume?" Annabeth received a nod from Clarisse as the walked up.

"you can all go get some rest, you'll need it. I want Harry, Hermione, and Ron to meat us in the ROF with sometrusted companions of choice in 10 minutes." Thalia Leo called out walking out of the room his mythical friends close behind. It wasn't until a couple seconds after they left that people got over their shock and started moving.
