(Y/N) had known Jiro liked to sing for a while now. This, of course, wouldn't be a problem if Jiro were, say... A siren. But she wasn't.
Jiro was a banshee. (Y/N)'s perfect, wonderful, music-loving girlfriend, was a banshee. Who liked to sing.
It never really affected their everyday life. How many times did you sing in your everyday life if you weren't some main character in a musical? Not a lot is the correct answer.
Instances like now, however, (y/n) wished she had the ability to make Jiro's singing not be lethal to everything and everyone ever.
They were at Jiro's concert. Well, not hers specifically, but she was in the band that was playing and she was a pretty important part too. She was the guitarist.
All night (y/n)'s beloved girlfriend had been killing it with her solos. Even when she was just in the background or barely noticeable she rocked that guitar.
Everybody else saw how happy she was, playing the guitar up there like a pro, but (y/n) could see how badly she wanted more.
Wow okay, I didn't think Jiro's prompt was the one I'd get over dramatic with. Umm, drama? Thearetics? Jiro? Mix?
Every time the singers sang their parts, belted out their lyrics, Jiro glanced up for a split second and the hurt showed on her face.
Even if it was a bad idea, (y/n) wanted to go up there and tell her, yes. Yes, she could sing. Yes, she could do it despite her powers. No. No, people wouldn't judge. No, people wouldn't get hurt. (Y/N) knew it would be a lie, but it would make Jiro happier.
She shook the thoughts from her head. She would support her girlfriend and afterwards they would go to Steak and Shake or something.

They would laugh together, smile together. (Y/N) would tell Jiro how awesome she was, and how much she loved her. Jiro would blush. They would kiss goodbye after a long night.
That's exactly what happened, and (y/n) never brought up her thoughts over he girlfriends unfortunate situation.
