I was literally screaming inside. Jacob Whitesides just asked for my number. Am I dreaming? Omg. Ok Addi. Stop fangirling and tell him your number.

" Oh yea, sure," I said " its 614-3921."

" Ok thanks," Jacob said with a smile.

" Alright I got to go to third period. I'll see you at lunch?" asked Jacob.

" Yeah, sure." I replied.

I had math third period. I didn't have many friends in third period because we all had different classes. Math wasn't my favorite subject either. I was in geometry with some other smart people. Ariana and Nikki were also in geometry but in different periods. Claire is in algebra 2 because she took a couple math courses over the summer.

" Ok class, today we are just going to be reviewing." said Mr. Calvert.

" Addi! Solve this equation on the board please." exclaimed Mr. Calvert.

The equation was 2x+6=10.

I wrote it out in my math notebook and as soon as I finished I rushed up to the whiteboard to write my answer down.

" x=2" I said confidently.

" Correct! " said Mr. Calvert.

After third period I went to lunch looking for Ari, Nikki and Claire. After i found them we went to lunch and sat at the back lunch table. Then on the corner of my eye as I was talking to Nikki I saw Jacob walking closer to us. Then he plopped down right next to me and greeted us.

" Hey guys," said Jacob.

" Hi," I said.

" Hey, have you seen Justin anywhere?" Ariana said anxiously.

" No but i think he's in the lunch line," said Jacob, "I told him if he wanted to come sit over here he could."

" Ok thanks." Ari said.

Then Ari gasped and looked down. I looked to see what she saw and Justin was making his way to our table. Nikki and Claire looked at each other and bursted out laughing.

" You guys!! Shh! He's coming! " said Ariana.

Justin got to the table and sat across from me and Ari.

" Hi Justin," Ariana said.

" Hey," he said winking to her.

It was like Ariana got struck in the heart by cupid. After that wink she fell in love.

" Are you okay?" I asked Ari chuckling.

Ari took three deeps breaths.

"Yeah, yeah I'm fine." She replied.

Then the bell rang. We all walked to fourth period which was our elective. Our elective was video productions where we just made videos and edited them on these cool mac computers. I had Ariana, Nikki, and Justin in my elective. Jacob and Claire were in leadership but they didn't really talk.

After an hour and a half of vp, the bell rang and we got off campus as fast as we could. Ariana and Claire walked home together and Nikki waited for her little sister to get out of school. I walked alone to my house across the main bridge. It was about a fifteen minute walk. Then I got a text message.
