We stepped in his 2 story house. It was warm, heated by the burning fireplace. I greeted his mom and his little sister, Sierra. We walked upstairs up to his room. We had to leave the door open because his mom wanted to make sure we weren't doing anything bad.
We sat on his bed and he just stared at me. He stared at me with his big hazel eyes. I loved him so much. He was so gentle and never treated me wrong.
" Are you ready to see the surprise?" He asked.
I nodded but to be honest, I wasn't ready.
He grabbed his laptop and turned it on. I began to get nervous. He typed youtube.com.
He clicked my channel and went to videos. He told me to close my eyes, so I did.
After a couple seconds I heard music playing. It was sort of a slow song at first but began to speed up. I peeked one eye open and saw Jacob singing. It was a music video.
" Can I open my eyes now?" I asked.
" Sure." He laughed.
I opened my eyes and as soon as the video ended I asked so many questions.
"What was that? That song was beautiful! Omg did someone sign you? Where was that at? Omg." I said rapidly.
He laughed.
" That song was for you."
" Aww Jacob." I said hugging him.
" What's it called?" I asked.
" You're perfect." He said.
I hugged him again. I always knew Jacob was talented. He was a great singer. I was so happy he was ready to approach the world with his wonderful voice. I remember in sixth grade we use to go out to the track and play american idol. Jacob would always win because he had such a great voice. Of course if you win you didn't get anything. I am so excited to see what Jacob's life is going to be like in the future. His career was starting and he wasn't letting anyone get in his way.
