I woke up around 9 am and Samara and Gabe were still knocked out cold. I got up looking at myself in my closet mirrors. I was still dressed in last nights outfit from the party and my shirt that was drenched in alcohol was thrown sloppily on the floor beside my hamper.
I decided to go for a quick run before they woke up so I slipped into my running attire before heading out the front door.

"Hey sweetie!" mom exclaimed as I walked back inside
"Hey ma" I said walking into the kitchen to grab a bottle of water
"I thought you were staying over at Gabe's last night?" she asked following me into the kitchen observing my facial expressions
I tried my hardest to keep them blank and replied "We were going to but then we got bored and his bed wasn't big enough for us so we headed back here" I smile taking a big gulp of my drink
"Oh okay. I'm gonna head out to town to grab a few things. I expect you guys to stay out of trouble. Love you." she said exiting the house
I let out my breathe I didn't realize I was holding and sighed sitting down. I heard sloppy footsteps running down the stairs and looked up to see Jonah and Casper making their way to the kitchen.
"Hey kid" Casper said ruffling my hair before walking over to the fridge, scavenging for food
"Good morning" I smile before finishing my water bottle and throwing it into the trash can
"Your brother and I are going to go swimming today with some friends. If you want to join you can." Jonah said sitting down beside me "I really didn't believe you when you said you were going for a run" he added chuckling wiping the sweat off of my forehead
"I would but I have Samara and Gabe upstairs. They are probably going to want to do something"
"They can come! Come on, you never hang with us any more. Remember all the good times down at the lake? Us on the boat just chilling and listening to music?" he pleaded
"Who's all going?" I ask
"As far as I know, it's gonna be Logan, Skye, James, Alex, Hannah and of course your brother and I." He says counting the people off on his finger
"I'll ask them if they want to go. I don't know if they will be up for it. They got pretty wasted last night!" I said chuckling
"Say what?" Casper asked turning around furrowing his eyebrows at me
Shit.
"You went to a party?" he asked walking towards me glaring
"Chill dude. She's allowed to go to parties, she's a senior" Jonah defended standing up pushing Casper back a bit
"No cause I know what party she is talking about. I was at the party last night. It was on the bad side of town!" Casper said as Jonah now turned around to glare at me "I'm telling mom!" he added grabbing his phone out of his back pocket
"What did I tell yo-"
"Okay you both can stop. I'm not a kid. I didn't even drink I was the DD (designated driver) for Gabe and Samara." I said throwing my hands up pointing at Casper "if you press that call button I will tell mom how you came home drunk last week!" I say threatening him
"Samara was there?" he asked shock written all over his face
He made his way up the stairs as I turned to look at Jonah
"I know what you're about to say. I'm not covering for you blah blah blah" I say moving my hands in a mocking motion "you don't have to cover for me because she won't know, capeesh?" I say looking at him standing up to make my way up the stairs
