Thousand voices howling

As Damon and Stefan got into the Boarding bouse they quickly realized that someone was in there looking for something. Things were moved and they knew it wasn't Jenna or her niece.

They quickly went down to the cellars to check the hiding place. They got into one cell and moved the heavy slab which revealed the box.

Stefan opened it and they both were relieved to see that the heart was still in there.

"We have to move it."- Damon said.

"And hide it where?"-Stefan looked at his brother hoping he would give a plausible answer.

"The witch's house!"-Damon said closing the box.

"Seriously?!-Stefan complained-"you know you can't compel her"

"She is a Bennet witch... and if the legend of the 12 witches curse is right-noone will be able to take the Heart from her!"-Damon said-"but grandfather talked such nonsense most of the time- if Klaus is here...it's better that he finds it there than here."

"Now just tell me how you will actually get into her house?"-Stefan said.

"We will have to be resourceful"-Damon said-"come on!"

They took the box and went.

At Fell's Church in the woods, Jenna waited for Sophie and the rest of the party.

Flashback

"Jenna... there's something I have found in the cellar...and...I haven't got a clue why it was buried here... but it must be important... my great grandfather must have done it."-Zach opened the box.

"Gross..."-Jenna exclaimed seeing the contents of the box.

"You have to swear that you will keep this to yourself... we have to move it somewhere..."

"Fell's church!"-Jenna said-" noone will go there...even vampires think it's cursed..."

"It is... Abby and Sheila said so...and they are Bennet witches."

"We will need Abby to get in there...but she won't come down...let me call a friend..."

Jenna remembered the night vividly as they moved the box from the Boarding house.

Present time

Jenna saw the cars' lights. They stopped not far frim the church ruins. Soon she saw Sophie and Elijah with Elena approaching. Rose stayed close.

Jenna could see that Elena was fine. She stood next to Elijah.

Sophie went to Jenna and without any further ado performed the necessaty magic to enter the cursed ruins.

Elijah watched together with Elena ad the two women got through an opening in the ground in. Soon they got out with a box.

Elena glanced at the vampire and saw that he seemed to be pleased to get the box.

Jenna held the box and she knew he could take it off of her in no time, so she said -

"Elena goes over to Sophie...and you can take it..."

"When I make a deal I keep the deal. Please..."- he said to Elena-"you may go."

Elena noded slightly and went over to Sophie. As Jenna was handing the box to Elijah, hoards of vampires stormed from different areas. Elena would never forget the sight of Elijah, Sophie, together with Rose fight them off. Sophie had shoved Elena into the church area sealing it off with magic. Not long after they stood with at least thirty vampire bodies around.

Elijah, strangely had passed the box to Elena as he saw that Sophie was to seal off the church with a spell to keep her safe.

"How did they know where we were and why would they come here?"-Sophie questioned adding-" everyone is scared of this sight.

"They were compelled."- Elijah said.

"How can vampires be compelled?!"-Jenna asked.

"There is so much you have to learn about the Old ones."-Elijah said and looked at Elena.

She held the box and stood in the middle of the ruins taken in by what had happened. To her it was like she had been hearing thousand howling voices. Her eyes met his. The twinkle of something so familiar brought a dear memory back.

Flashback

2000 years ago

"Who is this woman?"-Elijah asked a fellow friend watching her dance around the Solstice fire.

"That's Tatia. "-he said- "the warlock's daughter.It is said that she will be a great healer one day....anyway ask her to dance."

"I just might do it..."-Elijah said and went up to the woman.

Present time

To Jenna and Sophie was important to get Elena in safety. Jenna took her to her car. Elena glanced at Elujah once more before they drove off. Sophie stayed behind. Rose had the task to get rid of the bodies of the slayen vampires. Sophie showed where they could burn them.

To Elijah it was clear that Klaus was not behind the attack, as it wasn't his style. Someone else was tagging him. Another Old one.
