Wynter waited for her father to make the first move watching him carefully as he pulled out a large knife. He lunged at her trying with his knife ready and she made a move to stop his attack. As she grabbed his wrist stopping him she was caught off guard by kneeing her in the gut knocking the air out of her. She quickly recovered though and yanked him forward and head butted him hard.

Ryker stumbles back shaking his head in a daze trying to recover. She took that opportunity and punched him knocking him back. She watched as blood seeped from his nose and onto his shirt. He glared at her and yelled as he came at her again with his knife. She deflected his attack and shoved him back forcefully knocking him down onto the ground.

Wynter held him down as she forced him to drop the knife and wrapped her fingers around his throat and began to choke him. She looked down at him with hatred and rage as she watched him gasp and struggle to breathe as he tried to make her let go. As she continued to put more pressure on his neck digging her nails into his neck as well, she suddenly heard a gunshot. There was sudden pain in her side feeling her shirt become wet with blood as it seemed from the wound.

Her father had pulled out a gun he had hidden in his back pocket while she was too invested in choking him to death. Her grip loosened and he shivered her back pinning her down as he grabbed her throat and started choking her as he pointed the gun at her forehead.

"I won't let you kill me again! I've waited for this moment to be able to do this to you ever since-"

Ryker stopped as she thrust her hand into his chest, her claws tearing into his flesh as blood began pouring out of his wound. He let out a scream of pain before falling back and coughing blood up all over the ground. He collapsed as she sat up cringing as her side ached from the wound and watched as her father took his last few gasps of air before finally becoming still.

Wynter sat there for a few moments staring at his lifeless body before Alastor came over to her to help her stand. He didn't say anything to her as she felt a few tears fall down her cheeks.

"Why are you crying my dear? I thought this was what you wanted?" He asked with a confused smile.

Wynter felt him gently wipe her tears away and she gave him a sad smile.

"I did, believe me I'm very happy he's dead for good, but.... Once my brother finds out about this it's going to piss him off even more. He already blames me for his death and hated that I murdered people in life." She answered.

Alastor was about to respond when she suddenly cringed and held her wounded side. She gave a small laugh as she looked at her father and smirked.

"Old bastard didn't go down without a fight I'll give him that much at least. It was entertaining while it lasted." She cringed again as Alastor steadied her.

"Let's get you cleaned up and taken care of darling, we can go to my place. It's not far from here." He said getting a little concerned.

She only nodded as he picked her up bridal style and started walking. Along the way she passed out from exhaustion and didn't wake until the next day. She awoke to feeling someone gently stroking her hair and she slowly opened her eyes. Alastor was sitting next to the bed she was laying on reading a book as he stroked her hair. He noticed she was awake and looked at her with a smile.

"Finally decided to wake up? You've been asleep for almost a whole day. Your wound is healing pretty well, the bullet only grazed you thankfully but it was pretty nasty and had to be cleaned."

Wynter began to sit up cringing slightly from the ache in her side and blushed as she realized she was wearing one of his button up shirts. Did he change her clothing as well?

"Your shirt was ruined so I let you borrow one of my shirts. Don't worry I didn't see much of you and I changed you. Although I do have to say that lace looks quite attractive on you." He chuckled.

Wynter's face burned a bright red as she looked at him with a wide eyes glare seeing him laugh at her reaction.

"Y-You pervert!" She yelled at him.

Alastor put book down onto the nightstand and stood up giving her an amused smile.

"Pervert? I simply was being a gentleman and helped you and gave you one of my shirts to wear. Mind you that shirt is high quality as well."

Wynter was at a loss for words as she stammered and then began to pout as her ears folded back against her head. Alastor ruffles her hair a little hearing her growl at him in response before walking over to the bedroom door.

"Anyways, I'm sure your hungry so I'll make you something nice to eat. So sit tight and don't move around too much or your stitches will tear. I'll have to tease you again and lecture you if you do that." He said as he left the room.

Wynter pouted as she looked out the window blushing still. Why was she feeling like this? Normally she would punch someone if they said anything like that to her. She clutched the front of her shirt as she came to a sudden realization that she might have started falling for The Radio Demon. She didn't know whether to be terrified or excited about this and that scared her.
