Chapter 5

Damien's POV
What should I do?. I can't just leave her because it wasn't Safe here. I decided to carry her in my arms into the car. I felt tingles but I shrugged it off.i placed her and David well.Though it looked quite uncomfortable for them but they were both asleep so they wouldn't know.

      When I was about to get into the drivers seat I saw a black purse I picked up seeing it was the side of my car I opened it.

I saw an ID,license,a little money,tissue and keys .from the ID I saw a picture of the girl in the car.i took it ,I got into the car and drove off.

Contemplating who amongst them I was going to drop off first .i decided to drop the girl first I drove to her place with the help of her ID and license.i opened her door and went in

I opened her room door so it'd be easier for me when I bring her in without making much noise and waking her up so she wouldn't freak out .i noticed she wasn't a messy person.everywhere was neat.i walked back to my car and carried her out.

I placed her in.thankfully I saw a paper and pen. I decided to leave a note

'You got tired and fell asleep I couldn't leave you on the Road'-D.N.B

I kept an Advil by her bed and water and left not without noticing how small her room was but it was okay for just her.it suit her perfectly since she was tiny also but curvy a little.

Her neighborhood wasn't as safe as mine.i'm glad they didn't steal my car and David inside.i drove away

   I got to Dave's apartment and tucked him in.i did the same like I did for the girl what's her name AMELIA Right ? I would check again if I didn't get it right.i sat on the bed for a while waiting to see if he would throw up or something but he didn't .

i left an hour later well not before his girlfriend walked in which I was thankful of.she was probably asleep when I got here.We exchanged greetings.her voice confirmed she was asleep.i explained to her briefly all I did .i kept it plain with everyone including her well seeing she hasn't been his girl for more than a year.i tried to loosen up a bit because david is like a brother to me.

she is a humble girl I am older than her but David is older than me with two years.he is thirty but he looks like he's 25 or something.me on the other hand looks bigger though I'm 28he taught me how to drive when we were younger.he was 16 and I was 14.months before the incident occurred.i learnt fast.though my parents reminded me that I always have a driver and there wasn't a need for me to know how to drive but I refused I didn't want to make David think less of me like I was spoilt because my family was rich.

David wasn't poor but we were richer than his family.my dad was a good business man and my mum was a housewife but later she had a boutique it kept her going.though she rarely went there but she had something she could call hers.i can remember when they argued because of it

Flashback

We were all having dinner on the dining table at the usual time 6.mom said 'Uhm honey Im tired of staying at home doing nothing'.

'I know where you are driving at but my answer is no'my dad said.

'But honey'!!

'No Maria'

Whenever my dad adds my mums name just know that's the end of the discussion

My mum stands up from the chair and she left the food and a little sniffling was heard by us.
I looked at dad in a pleading manner.my sister was little but she understood mum was angry at dad

Dad looked at us and muttered 'sorry I need to check up on your mum'

We nodded I started talking to my sister making her smile with funny faces which was annoying her but still I didn't care

Minutes later dad and mum came back
Dad made sure he apologized for shouting at mum and letting us know once we are wrong we should say sorry.it wouldn't kill us.

We all ate then dad excused himself because his phone rang when he returned he said mum should get ready because she'd be starting her desired job soon.mum was so happy she squealed and ran to hug him

I smiled at them both feeling happy that mum got her job and dad was finally okay with it.

End of flashback

I've always looked bigger than David since when we were younger. I even wondered then how david never got jealous of me looking older when he was actually older.but David was playful but never childish when serious that's one thing I liked about him.unnecessary things didn't bother him atleast that is what I thought.

I got into my car and drove off.when I got home I relaxed and took off my clothes and headed straight to the bathroom.i turned on the water letting the cold water hit my body I sigh in relief feeling my sore muscles relax.i got out and cleaned up then put on my boxers.

I'm not feeling so hungry so I'm just going to take fruits for the night.i went through my laptop checking for updates or anything new.one thing I hate is lagging behind in work.I've gotten used to completing my work on time.it keeps me busy and takes my mind off my personal problems.

By the time I'm done with everything I feel a bit sleepy so I go to bed and just lay down replaying all that happened today.

Amelia entered my mind.i just hope she's a nice person because she is a pretty brunette.her skin is soft,her doe ombré eyes ,her lips are sexy everything about her is sexy.something in her intrigued me.i remember tucking both of them in.i feel like I'd make a good dad.the thoughts made me to smile before drifting off to sleep.
