Chapter 3

Gaby's POV
It was about 11:30 pm now and Natalie and Cameron already went home.
I went in the bathroom and took off my makeup and brushed my teeth. Then I put my hair into a side braid. I got of my sweatpants and hoodie and sat on the couch.

There was about 25 minutes until my parents were home and I got a unknown text.

Unknown Number: Hey it's Hayes. Your friend Gianna gave me your number and I just wanted to say hey. :)

Me: oh ok I'll save your number right now! :)

Hayes 😍: lol ok thanks. I'll see you tomorrow?

Me: yeah definitely!

Hayes 😍: well goodnight beautiful. ;)

Me: goodnight! :D

I was laying on my couch watching pretty little liars when I heard a knock on the door.

I opened the door and saw my parents.
We have each other a huge hug and I gave my mom the $50 dollars that I didn't use.

She asked if all my homework was done, which was done, and asked if I could clean my room.

"But mom! It's late and I don't want to wake up late!" I whined.
"If you don't do it right now then your not going to school tomorrow!" She commanded.
"My pleasure." I said under my breathe as I walked up to my room.
"What did you just say?" She turned around in annoyance.
"NOTHING!" I said panicking. She wasn't supposed to hear that!
"That's it! Give me your phone! You'll get it back tomorrow!" She yelled.
"BUT MOM!!--"
"NOW!" she cut me off.

I gave her my phone and ran to my room. I soon drifted to sleep.

My alarm goes off. It's the first day back to 8th grade after winter break. I jump up and grab a apple from the fridge and eat quickly.

I run to the shower and brush my teeth. I straighten my hair and do my makeup.

While I'm in bra and underwear, I try to find cute clothes to wear.

I decide to wear my jeggings with my white Lebron's and a coral crop top that says 'Booty Had Me Like' and to top it off, a black and white flannel around my hips. It looked extremely cute.

I packed up my stuff and headed to the bus stop.

I saw Hayes, Cameron, and Hunter all walking together to the bus stop and saw Gianna waiting.

Gianna is our second best friend. Me, Natalie, and Gianna are the popular click. Gianna and Hunter are already dating, I think Cameron and Natalie are gonna hit it off soon, and then that leaves me with Hayes. It's too perfect to be true.

I got to the bus stop and hug Gianna.

"Hey Gaby!" She says.
"Hey GG! I'm so excited that Hayes is finally at our school!" I say.
"I know right! You guys are so cute together!!! Cute outfit btw. You look cute in it and so does your butt!"
We both laugh and wait for Natalie.

As Gianna and I talk I feel warm hands wrap around my waste from behind and hugs me tight. It was Hayes. He swayed me from side to side and was teasing me in a way. I felt goosebumps racing across my back and him breathing on my neck.

Cameron and Hunter laugh and Hunter kisses Gianna and they start talking.

Hayes finally stops swaying and comes in front of me.

"Hey beautiful . 😏" he says with a smirk.
"God damn it Hayes, stop teasing me!" I say while playfully nudging him.
He laughs.
I swear his laugh is like an angel.

Natalie finally arrives at the bus stop.
"Hey Natalie! Omg your clothes are so cute I'm jealous!" I say
"Haha thanks! You too! Love your Lebron's!" She replies.
"Thanks." I say.

As we were waiting Natalie was really hitting it off with Cameron. At least it seemed like it.

Then the snotty Georgia finally comes wearing skimpy booty shorts that she doesn't even have a ass for and the most revealing crop top ever with fishnet stockings and black wedges.
That slut. I hated her. We all hated her. Mostly cause she took my best friend's love of her life. How does Cameron even like her?

She walks up to Cameron.
"Hey babe, you look sexy today." Georgia says while grabbing his ass.
She grabs Cameron and makes out with him right in front of Natalie.
I could see the hurt in her eyes.

But suddenly Cameron pushes her away.

"Baby what are you doing?" She says in the most annoying slutty, horny voice ever.

"Listen Georgia, the feelings are gone. I thought you were different but I have feelings for someone else." Cameron says while looking at Natalie's direction.

"YOU CANT BREAK UP WITH ME! IM THE MOST POPULAR IN SCHOOL YOU JUST CANT!" She blurts out.

"Sorry." He shrugs with a 'sorry not sorry' face.

Natalie's face lit up and Cameron was ALL over her! It was so cute!

But I could tell Georgia was ok because a minute later she was all over Ricky, Natalie's ex, cheating, douchefag, soccer playing, boyfriend.

The bus in finally arrived.
Gianna sat next to Hunter, I sat next to Hayes, and finally Natalie sat next to Cameron.

I got a text from Natalie.

Natalie 💁: OMG Cameron just asked me out! I'm freaking out! He's so fucking sweet I can't even!!!

Me: haha I told you! Now stop you sound like a white retarded girl.

Natalie 💁: 😂 ok I'm just so happy 😍

Me: I'm happy for you 😊

Natalie 💁: you and Hayes are next 😏😏😏😏

Me: shut up. No we aren't.

All the sudden Hayes was looking over my shoulder and I put my phone away quickly.

"Who were you texting?" He said curiously.
"Uhh no one." I said stupidly.
"Um ok." He finally said.

The bus arrived at school and everyone headed to their lockers.

Me Hayes had all the same classes and his locker was next to mine. That made things easier for me.

As we walked in a bunch of girls ambushed Hayes and the security had to come and help him.

It was pretty funny if I do say so myself.

We were walking to the lockers really closely and his hands interlocked with mine.

That was until someone stopped me...
