The Exam

(y/n) POV

Beep... Beep... Beep... Beep

"Ugh... 5 more minutes... Please..." You said as you groaned at your alarm.

Just as you were falling back asleep however, your brother entered your room. "(Y/N) WAKE UP! WE HAVE THE EXAM TODAY AND I DON'T WANT TO BE LATE!"

Shoot, you forgot about the exam. Quickly, you did your morning routine, grabbed a piece of toast, and leapt out the door.

You were supposed to meet Denki 15 minutes ago! Though to be honest, he was probably gonna come after you. Denki had been your best friend for as long as you could remember, and you both wanted to get into the prestigious hero school U.A.

After a mad dash to the station, you spotted a familiar yellow-haired boy. "DENKI! WAIT!" He turned around with the cringy smile you knew and loved.

"Hey! Where've you been? I got here before you!" He stuck his tongue out in a playful manner.

Just as you were going to say hi, your brother grabbed you and turned you around. "Did you forget that I'm coming too? Or were you too infatuated with that..." he looked around, "boy?"

You simply rolled your eyes. "Hitoshi... I already told you; I think he likes me, but I don't feel the same way."

He visibly relaxed at this statement. "Ah... I must've forgotten dear sister."

You punched his arm playfully. "I know. That's why I'm here."

(Time Skip to the Practical Exam)

You were so nervous, you couldn't breathe. You could sense that others were too, well, other than a couple people. Your brother included. There was also this other person (boy you assumed) who's thoughts included killing (wait wat?) another person (also a boy) during the test. You were intrigued, and you decided to find him after. Suddenly this one blue-haired boy stood up and publicly-shamed U.A. and you wouldn't stand for that.

"Well sir," you said in the same tone, "U.A. is a top school whose staff have been doing this much longer than you've been here. So the fact that you would even assume that gives us a negative view of you and could lower your chances of getting in. Also, the fact that you would humiliate a fellow applicant for something that might help him is truly terrible."

He mumbled an apology and sat down. You felt proud and saw the boy he humiliated smile at you. He had green hair and eyes, though you weren't surprised. This was an anime after all. Wait what? The person next to him however glared at you, of course you didn't know why. He had striking ruby eyes and ash blonde hair. You sat down and gave them both a small wave and thumbs-up.

Bakugou POV

That girl, she stood up to Glasses and made him back down, protected Deku, and smiled at me. Who is this girl?

(Time Skip to the Exam)

(y/n) POV

You had managed to get a couple points, but you didn't have that much time left to get more. As you were looking for your next victim, you saw the 0-pointer megabot charge in. You saw the fear of those around you and without thinking, you began talking about things that would calm them ALL down. Surprisingly, it worked. People began thinking about what to do next and how to help. They were trying to thank you, but you got their heads back in the game; you wanted them to pass. The timer ran out, and everyone was sent home.

(Outside U.A.)

You couldn't find Denki or your brother, so you walked home alone. As you turned to leave however, you heard an angry voice yell at you from afar.

"HEY NERD!!" You turned around to see a familiar blonde come running up to you.

"Yeah angry boi?" You retorted calmly.

"THE FUCK YOU CALL ME?!" This was just entertaining to you.

"I called you angry boi, Mr Pomeranian."

"YOU'RE DEAD FOR CALLING ME THAT AND STANDING UP FOR THAT GOOD FOR NOTHING NERD DEKU!"

"Who?"

"That boy Four-Eyes called out. Or were you too busy gloating in his face to notice?"

This left you confused. You saw that precious cinnamon roll he called Deku getting beat up in someone's thoughts. Were those his thoughts?

"You know, I can tell your ego is way bigger than it should be and second, I know what you're thinking." Bakugou seemed taken aback by your statement, but before he could say anything you ran away. Today had some CHAOTIC good energy, and you were looking forward to more.
