Help Me Face My Fears

I watch the rain flow down onto the ground, leaving it's essence on the earth. The trees were shaking violently as the wind blew as hard as it could. I sighed softly as I watched the weather. Suddenly, a flash of lighting blinded me for a second. BAM! The thunder seemed to shake the whole house. "Woah.." I say to myself. Then, I hear a quiet whimper from another room.

"Sora?" I knocked on the door softly, now hearing soft sobbing. He didn't answer, and it began to worry me. "I'm coming in, okay?" I told him as I opened the door. His tear-filled eyes locked with mine, and he closed his eyes, ran over to me, and cried onto my chest. "R-Riku...I'm scared.." Sora sobbed. "I know..I heard you crying." I hugged him closer so he didn't see the lightning that just flashed. Bang! The thunder boomed, scaring Sora more.

"It's okay...nothing will hurt you..I'm here.." I tried to comfort Sora, but, I'm not to good at it. "Everything's alright..I won't let it hurt you.." I cooed quietly, as Sora sobbed onto my chest. I decided to do what I've been wanting to do for a while. I went down to Sora's height, and kissed him softly. The blush on his face turned even redder and his tears stopped. "R-Riku..I love you too. And I have alwa-AHH!" The thunder stopped Sora and he hugged me close. "M-ma-maybe I should explain t-this later..." Sora was shaking in fear. I kissed his forehead softly, trying to keep him from crying again, I hated seeing him like this. "I love you, Sora." I say quietly, looking into his ocean-blue eyes. "I love you too, Riku." Sora smiled softly and hugged me. We went to bed, dreaming of each other all night.
