Chaeyoung's POV

"Wait... there's a combat today right?" I asked

"Yep... and it'll start in any minute now!" Mina yelled.

I closed my eyes and whisper some words.

"What the heck?!" Jeongyeon shouted.

"Yoo Jeongyeon why are youl wandering at the Dark Forest at night?" Jihyo mocked.

"How did I get in here?" She asked.

"Chaeyoung can teleport herself and other people through shadow"
Mina said

We're at the academy now, to be specific at the gymnasium.

"Look who's here..." I look back and saw a tall slim girl.

"Chou" I coldly said. She smirked and left. This demon is like her leader.

Chou Tzuyu, 4th Highest Rank Guardian, Half Demon and Half Human cause of that Red Emblem. She's a member of a gang named Dark Demons Gang or DDG. The rival of our or MY gang. Which is Shadow Gods Gang.

We're friends actually at first but something happened. Tzuyu, me, their leader, jihyo, momo, mina and other 2 are best of friends. Since I was born they treat me as their family. Not until when I turned 11. 5 years ago a DDG was created. I really wanted to be one because their leader and Tzuyu are my friends. But the way they treat the other guardians is so rude and mean. When Tzuyu convinced me to join and become the Academy's most feared guardian, I reject it.

I don't know what happened, there's just a sudden change of behavior from the leader. Everyone feared her name. I don't wanna mention it... she'll hear me. Eversince that happened I create my own Gang to protect the guardians.

I was snapped out of my thoughts when I felt someone touching me.

"Chaeng?" She asked.

"Oh... Dahyunie" I smiled.

"Yahhh... you're the next one to combat" She said.

"Ok..." I said. She left after that.

Dahyun is the 7th HRG... the Secretary of Academy's Council. Also a member of my Gang. Her main Emblem is Self spawn emblem. Or you could say she could spawn a multiple self of hers.

Jeongyeon's POV.

I was in the front seat watching the combat between the boy named Jimin and the girl named Lisa. It's metal vs. Rock.

When Lisa created a rock sword and tripped Jimin down everyone knew it's game over cause she already pointed the sword into his heart.

I wish I could join.

Everyone was silenced when the spokesperson said the next guardians who'll combat.

"Son Chaeyoung and Chou Tzuyu"
The atmosphere tensed up.

"This will be bloody" Mina whispered.

"Wae?" I asked

"Tzuyu and Chaeng are the no. 1 rivals in the whole academy" Jihyo said.

I was silenced and so the whole crowd. No one dares to make a sound.

The fight began. Chaeng's eyes become ash gray which means she's using her shadow emblem.
Tzuyu is currently using her Cryokinesis.

The Yoda used ice to froze the cub's feet at the surface. Thanks to Chaeng's Vampire speed she dodged it and tripped Tzuyu causing her to fall. Chaeng created a shadow sword and point it to Tzuyu.

The crowd went crazy... and I saw Tzuyu stomping out of the gymnasium.

"Listen up everyone... Next week will be the Guardians Academy's Grand Olympics or G.A.G.O! (only Filipinos can get the pun but no pun intended) Everyone is required to join. The divisions will be posted in your room..." The spokesperson said.

After that we all go back to our respective houses.

@Momo's House

"Heyy... can you perhaps teach me lessons or train me?" I asked Momo

She's currently eating. AGAIN.

"Sure... but I'll only do it cause I want you to not be killed in the Olympics" Momo said.

Jihyo told me that Momo broke his leg in one race but still won. How crazy is that?!

"But I'm only depending on books while training you" She said as she finish her food.

"Let's start now" She continued.

Hours passed and she thought me everything literally. Everything that any newbies need. She even thought me a Elektrokinesis lessons. She said if I continue learning Elektrokinesis I could gain a Electric emblem.

Tzuyu's POV

DEFEATED AGAIN!!!!! 4 years in a row no win on that stupid combat from Chaeyoung!

"How weak" Leader-nim said.

"I-I'm sorry... I'll win at the Olympics just don't hurt me again" I pleaded.

"Ohh well... sure" She looked at me with that black cold and demonic eyes. I know she's still calm.

"Have you find the light emblem from the Human land?" I asked.

"I can't... I think it's already taken I can feel it... the Dark Emblem knew that it's already found. That person will stop me for ruling the Guardian Academy" She said. I was about to talk when she just disappear.

I know I'm a demon inside but still that innocent guardian of the Light emblem will die if I didn't do anything.
