Alyssa noticed it was Monday and decided to check up on her walking partner . She was so upset that incident happened to her . However , she never had a chance to talk to her since then . Alyssa haven't thought of a time where she talked to her regularly. Since the incident she thought she needed space.
Alyssa walked over to Esmee's door knocking softly. She listened closely for her not hearing anything . Which isn't normal for her since shes usually up early.

Alyssa cautiously turned the door knob."Esmee?" She asks a soft flower smell hitting her senses ."Are you okay?" She asks softly switching on the light .

Alyssa immediately stood in place as her stomach dropped at the sight before her .

"Esmee?" She says shockingly staring at her limp body .

Alyssa always thought Esmee was so beautiful even though she never told her .She found herself envious of the girl with long silky hair and crystal blue eyes .

Alyssa snapped out the trance she was in shaking Esmee harshly ."Esmee! Wake up! Help!" She called out frantically.

Soon the other omegas rushed in the room taken back at that sight of Esmee . Suddenly everyone had a rush of pity for the girl . A lot of what ifs floated in several people minds .

The pack doctors were called , soon Claire rushes over to the servant house  . She was unknowing to who the person was . Claire always prepared for the worst since it was her job .

Claire was ready until she stepped inside Esmee's room and saw her sister laying there .

Her face twisted to a unreadable expression as she quick went to check her pulse .
However Esmee was already gone , they had found her too late .

Claire stood over looking at her younger sisters body.

Suddenly she had wished for a time machine to go back when they were young . Claire remember seeing her as a toddler staring at the clouds for hours . Claire remember her parents thought it was so so strange .

Claire looked around the small room which could've been a closet in her large house . She noticed there was no windows here for her sister . Heartache ripples through her chest .

Claire took a weak breath wiping a few fallen tears. The guilt weighed heavily on her as she noticed a paper on the dresser .

Claire picked it up her stomach churning . "To Jonah." She repeated out loud . She would've never thought her sister had a mate . Then Jonah is with Odette now .

She folded the paper carefully in her pocket .
She took out her phone calling their mother .

Claire sniffled hearing her mother happy voice over the speaker,"Claire! Are you coming over for dinner tonight ?" She asks excitedly
" Mom..it's Esmee." Claire started chocking up herself turning her body away from Esmee .
"Mom s-she's gone ." Claire explains weakly

Their mom went silent on the phone as she quickly hung up . The mom thought for a long hard moment as she felt tears welling up in her eyes.
