A Ski Trip

(2) The Week of

It was the week of the trip to begin. The girls used their night off from practice to go to the mall. They shopped till they dropped loading Hope's trunk.

After they were done there they went to their favorite nail salon. They got their nails done and a pedicure. They had a late dinner at Chili's.

The next day after her last mid term Brooklyn went to her doctor's appointment. She was sitting in the room waiting for the doctor to come in.

"Ms Fitz.." the doctor said as he came in.

"Hey.." she said

It was time for her yearly so he did a full exam. "So are we just needing new packs or are you thinking about changing your birth control?" He said as he finished her papsmear.

"Um I want to switch it to the depo. I dont really need a daily pill. My fiancee went off for two years for a deployment. So sex wont be happening but I want to stay regular." She said

"Okay when was your last period?" He said

"Last week. 3-10" she said

"Okay..well my nurse will adminster it. Not that it matters right now but condoms first 7 days after getting it." He said

"Thanks." She said

He finished up her chart notes and left. The nurse came in and did her shot. She scheduled her next appointment and headed home.

The next night they were packing. They were also celebrating that mid terms were over with some beer and pizza. The boys were packing as well Bucky had Morgan on face time.

"Buck please be good. I know its been awhile since you have been able to have some freedom but promise me?" Morgan said

"Baby I am not that guy anymore. You know that right. I love you we have been together 3 and half years." He said as he packed his bag.

"Bucky I love you too. But I also know who you use to be. Before you were got academic probation senior year." She said

He shook his head. "Morgan Grace..you make me a better person. And I know this isnt easy on our relationship. But I promise you that I will be good cause Im always good I have always been faithful baby." He said as he sat down at his desk.

She smiled "Okay..I love you." She said

"I love you too. Get some rest baby and I will talk to you later darlin." He said and ended the call.

Back in Georgia Brooklyn was having a similar conversation with Justin.

"Brooklyn baby you know how much I love you. Baby please be good on this trip I know how you get when you have had to much to drink. Im trusting you baby to not do anything stupid." Justin said

"Babe you know that I would never do anything to hurt you." She said

"Baby.." he said with a look.

"I know..I promise I will be good okay." She said

"I love you baby and I hope you make good on that promise. Get some rest baby you have any early morning. Have fun baby." He said as he blew her kiss.

She blew one back and they ended their phone call. She wiped tears as she swallowed hard. "Dont screw up Brooklyn.." she whispered as she got comfortable in her bed.
