How much deeper till the pain ends?

DEEPER.

How much deeper until they love me?

DEEPER.

How much deeper until they regret what they've done?

DEEPER.

How much deeper until i end?

DEEPER.

Everything was consumed by darkness as my blood raced down my wrist infinitely. Weakly, i let gravity pull me towards the sidewalk thirty stories below me. Something roughly caught my wrist and stopped me from falling. That something was a boy about my age. "Dont worry. Ive got you. Youre gonna be okay, i promise." He pulled my dangrously skinny body onto the roof. Before i was able to warn him that my death was still coming, everything went black. "You cant die on me too. Please." Was the last thing i heard before i became unconcious. I did my best to fight the white light, so i could possibly meet my savior.  I wasnt going to go down without a fight now.

Something wet splashed onto my hand. It was... A drop of blood? Curiously, i looked up. The girl was too far up, but the moment i  saw her black hair, i sprinted to the roof. I was abke to catch her blood covered wrist just as she fell off the building. Shock and adrenaline took over as i looked into her fierce brown eyes. I never knew eyes could be so detailed. She looked at me with fear as i pulled her back onto the roof. She was so light. To the point where it couldnt be healthy. "Dont worry. Ive got you. Youll be okay. I promise." My voice shook. My eyes drifted to the scars on her wrist. She cuts herself? Her striking brown eyes slowly faded and became dull as she tried to say something. "You cant die on me too. Please!" I begged her. Angry that i couldnt do anything to help her, i whipped out my cell phone and called an ambulance.

"Yes, she's unconcious. Yes, i tried to help. Okay I will. We're on the top of the apartment building on Ocean Avenue." I explained frantically. My breathing became erratic as i felt a panic attack coming on. Quickly, i popped my medicine in my mouth and swallowed it. Scared for her life, i focused on ripping my shirt and tying it above her scars as the nurse instructed me to.

When the ambulance came, i climbed in back with the girl. It wasnt until they began to run around and yell to keep her stable that i became numb with worry. At the hospital, i called my boys Blaze, Alex, Andy, and Ian. "Okay. Were on our way. Dont do anything drastic Echo." Blaze replied. Shaking silently in the chair, i watched everyone rushing around me. After a couple minutes, I began to pace back and fourth in the waiting room. This girl's survival was becoming scarily important to me.

"Hey dude. You alright? Were here for you." Blaze rested his hand on my shoulder. Silently, i shook my head no. It was the only thing i could do without having a mental breakdown. "You should've seen her Blaze. She looked so torn. Like she didnt know whether or not she wanted to die. She seemed so sad that i saved her." I collapsed. Everyone became queit as a nurse walked up to us. "She's ready. You can go in now." She chewed her gum and rolled her eyes. Ignoring the rude nurse, we all walked into the girl's hospital room.
