"STOP IT LEAVE ME ALONE!!" i heard sam yell from his room.
emily told me it'd be good to leave him alone so he could learn to get rid of the voices when i'm not around.
i hated it.
i put the pillow over my head but could still hear sams sobs from his room.
i don't understand how everyone else could sleep in this house hearing sams desperate cries.
"leave me alone. please." i heard sam say to the voices.
"sammy im right here." i whispered in my room.
even though he couldn't hear me i still felt a little better saying it.
"i can't do it. i'm over it. I DONT WANT TO BE HERE."
i threw the pillow over my head on the ground and got out of bed.
i walked out of my room and slowly entered sams.
he laid in his bed facing the wall, unaware of my presence.
i crawled into bed with him and he turned around and hugged me.
he stopped crying and didn't say a word.
i held him in my arms giving a little peace so he could drift to sleep.
i fell asleep shortly after.
i woke up and sam was still sleeping.
i grabbed my phone and went through twitter.
mostly just people talking about how they miss us.
emily.
i don't know why she crossed my mind but she did.
i messaged her
colby: hey emily. it's colby. would you wanna maybe come over later today and hang out at my place?
i nervously waited for her response.
emily: yes id love to. i can come over in 30 if you give me the address and if that's okay with you :)
colby: yes of course, the address is **** road
emily: i'll be over soon💕
i put my phone in my pocket and got up to go get ready.
i went and took a shower, brushed my teeth, and made myself look presentable.
"colby!! someone's at the door for you." corey yelled.
i rushed downstairs making sure she wasn't waiting on me.
"hey emily." i smiled.
"hey. how's sam?"
i opened the door and let her inside.
"he was having trouble last night. i think he's okay." i said.
she smiled and followed me upstairs to my room.
we sat on my couch and talked until sam came in the room.
"umm. hey emily. hey colby." he said confused.
"oh me and emily were just hanging out for a bit. we were gonna leave soon." i smiled at sam
"okay." sam looked confused but walked out of the room.
me and emily were going to some party tonight.
she said she heard about one down the road.
it started at 6:30 and emily and i were about to leave.
i got dressed as she waited for me and we both went down to my car and got in.
i drove us to the party.
it was a big house and there were lots of people in the driveway.
this was gonna be fun.
