☆ETHEREAL [Hyakkimaru x reader]

In the Cave

They went through a hard and yet a beautiful journey. One by one, Hyakki get his body parts until the only thing that still fake is his right arm.
Daigo’s army and Tahoumaru still tried to catch them and kill Hyakki. Tahoumaru was a alittle confused, deep in his heart he actually don’t want to kill his brother, but this was for his people and Daigo’s land sake.
“Mutsu, Hyogo. Lets go”

The sky was getting cloudy, heavy rain will come soon. Hyakki was looking at the sky, the beautiful sky that he usually saw now become this terrifying.
“Dororo, Hyakki-nii. Lets find a place to stay, I think it will a heavy rain”
“Rin-nee, there is a cave over there”
“Alright then. Lets go” Rin grabbed Hyakki-s hand and Dororo run in front of them
Just a second after they arrived at the cave, the rain fell.
Its so cold, they leaned on each other to feel the other’s warm body.
“It will be a long time. It wont stop soon” said Dororo, he suddenly feel sleppy and start to close his eyes
And after that Rin also close her eyes, leaned on Hyakki
Grgrgrgrgrgrgrgrg…….burrrr
As they three fell asleep, no one nothing that the soil above the cave was starting to crumble
“Rin-neee, wake up. Rin-neee” Rin woke up with shock and confused. Their only way out has been buried by the soil and stone.
“It’s so dark. I will start fire” said Dororo
Lucky that they still have some firewood inside
“Rin.. Dororo, are u alright?” Hyakki asked
“Yeah, we’re fine. Lets find the way out” said Rin
They walked through the cave. But they only saw dead end
“We’re definitely death if someone didn’t rescue us” said Dororo as he sat down
“We will find the way out, Dororo” Rin convinced them
Hyakki started to pull out one of his fake arm and dig a hole. Rin was using her hand because she has no weapon. Dororo cannot just sat down watching them, he grab one of Hyakki’s sword and start to dig
“I am exhausted” said Dororo, lay down on the ground, suddenly he notice something
“Rin-nee, your hand is bleeding”
“It doesn’t matter Dororo, we should come out of this cave” Rin insisted
Hyakki stopped and touch her hand
“I will continue alone, just take care of your wound” Hyakki said, softly
Rin moved by how soft and calm he was right now, make her at ease
“Arrggghhh…” Hyakki punch and destroy the soil and stone in front of them.
“I hear a sound, just a little bit more, aniki” said Dororo
And not so long after that, the wall break
