No one's POV
The campers were still mourning Annabeth when Zoe was found dead. That was when reality set in for the campers. Order would continue until Percy surrendered. The bodies of both victims had been checked, there was no struggle or anything. They just died. Hades and Apollo together with their kids were investigating the strange occurrence. The bodies had also been preserved.
"Find anything?" Zeus asked.
"No." The two gods nodded.
"The are no internal or external injuries and bodies seem to be in perfectly good condition." Apollo said worn out by now.
"So, It's basically like their souls just upped at vanished. How are we going to defeat order if he can do all this. He could kill us in our sleep." Zeus sighed.
Hades tensed. "Repeat that statement." He said.
Zeus looked at his brother confused. "I said he could kill us in our sleep."
"No, the first sentence you said." Hades said an idea forming in his head.
"I said it feels like their souls basically upped and left." Zeus replied curious of what hades was thinking.
"Brother, I think I know what's going on." Hades said looking worriedly at his brother.
"Go on." Zeus urged
"Order has passed all limits. He forcibly removes the souls from their bodies. He has more powers than we suspected." Hades said terrified.
"We need to inform chaos of this immediately." Zeus said.
He was almost out when Hermes ran in.
"Jason…" He said looking at Zeus sadly.
Zeus followed Hermes to his cabin. Piper was sobbing on Jason's body which was on the floor. Kronos held Percy as he he sobbed blaming himself for what happened. The rest of the seven gathered around him crying.
Zeus walked to his son's body reminding himself over and over again that kings don't cry. He picked his son's body from the floor placing it on the bed.
"No!" Piper yelled moving to the bed and holding him to her chest.
They tried to move her away from his body but she glared at them her teary Kaleidoscope eyes looking murderous.
They moved back knowing she was still in denial. She needed time to accept this.
Chaos flashed in looking sadly at Jason's body. Order seemed to have forgotten limits.
"I'm sorry." She said to them.
"Why? Why so we always have to be the ones to take the damage? Why can't we just have normal lives? Why can't you immortals fight your battles yourself?" Pier yelled not caring that they could probably incinerate her on the spot.
Tears streamed down her face as she held Jason closely.
Kronos took Percy away from the scene. Everyone dispersed sadly leaving piper on her own. Though Kayson seemed to refuse. He would cry loudly every time they tried to take him out of the cabin.
He crawled to piper looking at her curiously. Suddenly he flashed to Jason's body looking at him with a frown.
Piper stared at the child wide eyed. He pointed to Jason's body looking at her.
She smile sadly saying "Uncle Jason."
"Jay-son" He said suddenly.
"Your first word." Piper gasped.
"If only he could be here to see this." She sobbed again. Louder than before.
I know it's short. Sorry about that. I'm really busy so this is as much as I can do for now.
