Chapter 15: Hush

I darted you the flights of stairs reaching, the one before the floor we were staying at. I heard loud foot steps of what sounded like boots and whispers. I stopped and went behind a hotel door that was already open and hid behind it and listened.
The footsteps seemed to be forceful and sounded like multiple people maybe 4 or 5 at most. I didn't really care about those details though, I wanted to know what they were saying and who they were. I could barely hear anything they were saying and I hated it. So, I started creeping up the stairs slowly, and silently.
"We cleared just about everyone out of here. Man, I knew there was some other people here, it just felt like something was off." I heard a young man say and then something drop to the floor, it sounded heavy and like metal. It shocked me a bit.
"I don't think that these three are the only ones here." I heard a female voice say and took a step, in what direction I could not tell. "This one will probably give us some answers." The female continued and I heard a mumble," what was that you little bitch?" She asked and I heard a slap against someone's face.
"O you can get me to talk, only if I get some WeEd first, uh ha ha."
I rolled my eyes and face palmed, Jesse always did this. Be an idiot when time didn't really call for it.
I heard another hit, he probably just got punched in the face.
" Listen here you little crippled bitch, you either tell us where the other person that was with is or you fucking die how about that?" I heard the women say with a little giggle at the end. I take it she really wanted to find me. I couldn't help but chuckle a bit to
myself witch was a really bad habit I had. Laughing in situations where I really shouldn't be. I guess we all have our bad habits.
"Leave him alone he did nothing to you. We don't even know where she goes off to on supply runs." I heard a deeper voice state in an angry tone, Aaden.
"Oh my it's a girl? I guess you win the bet Gale." I heard the women say and take a few steps in some direction.
I heard the man from before speak,"Dose that mean I get dibs on her?" He said in almost an excited tone
"Sure I don't give a shit. You got to go find her first though, for all we know she could be three towns away by now. Why don't you take the dog with you to, she could probably track the girl." I heard the women say as she started walking around the room.
"Sick fuck." I heard Yeuna say. And I shook my head," keep your mouth shut, or going to the dead." The women said taking a loud step with what sounded like loud boots.
"Alight I want these two to be taken and questioned."
" what about the cripple?"
" Leave him with me." I heard a chuckle leave her mouth.
Then shoves and groans where heard as three people started moving down stairs.
"Move it, you don't want Ren getting mad, you bitches don't walk fast enough." I heard the young man, I assumed was named Gale, bark at Yeuna and Aaden.
"He has broken ribs it's not his fault!" Yeuna responded as they were getting closer to me. I stepped away from the stairs hiding in the room I was in before.
"Shut up whore!" The man yelled and I heard a shove. I closed the door once I slipped in and it squeaked. I whispered to myself,"Shit"
" What was that?" I heard them all stop."Probably you just hearing things you dumb bitch." Yeuna spat at him.
I heard a loud slap,"Shut it missy!"
I breathed out slowly and looked out the crack in the door.
Yeuna amd Aaden where standing with there arms behind there backs probably tied together. Aaden's eye was swollen and a mix of colors, like purple, red, and yellow. Yeuna's lip was cut and lip split slowly dripping blood, while the right side of her face was red from the slap.
"Maybe it's your guys' little friend. That wouldn't be very smart of her though." He remarked.
"Euuuuu, could be your friend- shut up" I heard Yeuna say.
I heard a huff from the man who had now stepped in front of the two. He had short black hair and was wearing a jean jacket with black pants. I watched as he reached over to his left where Aaden was. I heard a yelp of pain come from him. I held my hand to mouth as to say anything,"Don't touch him you fucker!" Yeuna screamed at him running at him and tackled him to the ground and bit him. 
He grunted and threw Yeuna off him and stood up,"I am getting sick and tired of you!" He screamed at her and whistled and sudden patter of clawed feet grew closer and louder. They sounded larger and heavier as it came closer. The faces of Yeuna and Aaden grew fearful as a shadow was cases over there profiles. The panting of the beast grew louder and heavier.
"Take this one!" He pointed at Yeuna and the best stepped forward, while Yeuna started backing away on the floor screaming and trying to get away from it. I could barely see anything that was happening because the crack was so small. I could hear screams and Yeuna,from her voice getting farther away, she was being dragged away.
I gasped a bit and covered my mouth again, fuck for all I know she could be dead now.
"Now Asian kid, get your ass up!" The man yelled picking up Aaden by the arm and pushed him forward, Aaden still looked terrified,"Whats going to happen to her?!" He asked frantically.
"It doesn't matter! Now move it!" Aaden looked up at the door where I was. He looked at me with his dark brown eyes, with the thought of realization and shook, as I knew and shared the same experience, questions, and utter fear at this moment.

Gale shoved him forward and away from my eyes. Beyond the wall where I couldn't see. Once I could no longer here footsteps I collapsed to the floor on my knees and felt cold tears down my face. I didn't know what to do. I didn't know where Aaden was being taken, where Yeuna was dragged off to, or if I should even try to see what was happening to Jesse.
I pulled my knees to my chest and sat there rocking back and forth,"Fuck man." I mumbled
