~ Chapter 17 ~

KENZIE P.O.V

I head out of the room crying then bump into Hayden. He looks at me and I slap him. I run downstairs to freshen up with a glass of water. After drinking the water, I washed my face then put a fake smile then head out of the kitchen. Carson, Armani, Jacob and Annie looks at me then Annie hugs me.

"I'm sorry about Hayden..." She whispers into my ear then I told her it was fine. The doorbell rings then Jacob answers the door while Annie and I just hug. When I saw Lauren and Jayden inside, they come and hug us. Had it been that long? With John and Hayden's fight?

"Carson texted us what happened," Lauren says.

"Oh, Lauren... I'm so glad you're here," I say to her then the boys head up to John. Hayden comes back down then looks at me. As soon as he was about to grab my wrist, Jayden goes in front of me, then Lauren, then Annie. Hayden chuckles.

"What are you doing baby?" Hayden asks Annie.

"We're not letting you lay a finger on Kenz, Hayden," she says then Hayden smirks.

"You guys are weak. I can attack all of you with one hand," he says then pushes them to the side then finally got to me. He grabs my wrist then brings me outside the house.

LAUREN P.O.V

Hayden brings Kenz out of the house. Annie, Jayden and I stand up then Annie and Jayden go outside to see what's happening. I head upstairs to the baby room then see the boys comforting John, who's crying and sitting on the floor.

"What are you doing here Lauren? Aren't you supposed to be with Kenz?" He asks, sniffing.

"Well, I wish I could but Hayden's got-" I say but he looks at me all serious like then pushes me aside then heads downstairs. But before I fell, Carson caught me. We both blush. Then Armani fakes cough.

"I'm sorry to burst your guy's bubble but we have to help John and Kenzie," Armani says then Carson and I head outside.

JOHN P.O.V

I run downstairs then see Annie and Jayden trying to stop Hayden from touching Kenzie. I go to them then Hayden smirks at me.

"Ah, the little boy finally came." Hayden says and that made me mad. But when Kenzie and I made eye contact, I controlled myself then Hayden holds Kenzie's waist then pulls her close to him.

"Let her go Hayden." I say coldly then Hayden leans to Kenzie to kiss her but I see Kenzie trying to squirm out of Hayden's grip. When Kenzie looks at me again, it made me hurt because she was crying. I mouthed to her I'm sorry, then punched Hayden in the face. That made Hayden lose his grip on Kenzie then Kenzie runs to me. I hug her.

"It's okay baby...... The boys will comfort you," I say to her then she nods. Armani, Jacob and Carson brings her inside then the girls follow. Now it's just Hayden and I.

"You think you're some hero Johnny?" Hayden says, spitting the blood out of his mouth. He stands up but falls.

"Well, I'm no hero, but you're not either," I say then he finally stood up.

KENZIE P.O.V

John's friends bring me up to John and I's room which has a window to the outside so I just looked. They're arguing.

"We'll go back downstairs to help John okay Kenz? Annie, Jayden and Lauren will stay here with you," Armani says and I nod, indicating that they can leave. They left then I start crying to see that Hayden and John are punching each other. The girls hug me and I hug back.

JOHN P.O.V

Hayden punches me and I punch back. He kicks me in the stomach then I fell to the ground.
