Y/n L/n's POV
The first thing I felt when I stepped inside Taeyeon's house was a body colliding with mine, tackling me down to the floor.
"YOU PAAASSED!!!" Taeyeon screamed while hugging me tightly. I couldn't help but laugh at that, finding the way she kicked her feet in the air incredibly funny. She was somehow happier than me.
"Congrats, I didn't think you actually had it in you" Ms. IU said while pulling us up to our feet.
"Thank you, I couldn't have done it without the both of you, I owe you guys a lot" With every ounce of sincerity I had, I bowed my head and smiled when I straightened my back again.
That entrance exam was harder than anything I've ever done before, it was even harder than all the shit Ms. IU put me through. It was nearly impossible for me to pass, so the fact that I'm alive right now and got accepted into the school felt like a dream.
I had to pinch myself a few times on my here to make sure I wasn't hallucinating. There was still a bit of fear running through me because of that damned ogre, but I felt great at the moment. Especially when Taeyeon kept showering me with praise.
"Group hug!!" Taeyeon pulled us to her side and squeezed our bodies together. Ms. IU wasn't fond of skinship or any form of physical contact, but she let this one slide and patted my back.
I couldn't stop my stupid grin from stretching my face out as I laughed at Taeyeon's proud squeals. This hug was the warmest embrace I've ever gotten, and I couldn't help but melt into it.

"So, when will your classes start?" Ms. IU threw me a question while placing down the cups of tea she made for the both of us.
"The headmaster said it'll start next monday"
She hummed and took the seat in front of me. Taeyeon was currently in her room, looking for something. Since she wasn't around, no one started a conversation. Awkward silence engulfed the both of us as we took a sip of our drinks.
I've been alone with Ms. IU quite a lot, but that only occured during my training. Doing things like strolling around or having a cup of tea with just her around wasn't something I was used to– Taeyeon was always with us whenever we do mundane things.
That's why I always avoid being alone with her when we have nothing in particular to do, it gets really awkward when it's just the two of us.
"Be careful when you enter RIZEN" Surprisingly, she started a conversation. I tilted my head to the side and asked what she meant by that.
"Not everyone in this world is as kindhearted as Taeyeon. Most of the students in RIZEN are really cocky, they only show respect to the strong and barely have any human decency. So, you really have to train your ass off starting now. You don't want to end up in the same situation you were in back in your old world now, do you?" She was referring to how I got bullied and physically abused by the morons from my previous school.
"Sure, you defeated an ogre, but you did it in a very reckless way and got wounded badly" She shook her head with a sigh. "Do you understand?"
