Together A fitzphie story

The Date

Sophie looked in the mirror at herself. She was actually going on a date with Fitz Vacker!! She still couldn't believe her eyes. She decided to where a pale pink dress and blue flats, a gold necklace and a bit of lip gloss. She had her hair down like normal. She stepped into the range of the bratty mirror, Vertina and asked her about her outfit.
"How do I look?" Sophie asked, kind of not wanting a response.
"Well, I like it. You could put your hair in a French braid and put more makeup on, but you don't know how to do that, so.." Vertina was cut off by Sophie stepping out of range,
"I'll call Biana. She's way less bratty," Sophie grumbled to herself. She called Biana, hoping she'd pick up the imparter.
Finally, she picked up, and before Sophie got the chance to say a thing, Biana said "EEEEEEK!!! You're going on a date! With my brother! I'll be right over!!!" And hung up. Within minutes Biana was in her room with her bag of makeup and hair supplies. Biana examined Sophie before running to the closet and finding the right dress. She found a red dress that went just below her knees with a black belt and black leggings, 3/4 sleeved with gold trim on he end of her sleeves and the bottom of the dress. She wore her black gloves with gold trim and black boots that went up to mid-calf.
Biana then did Sophie's makeup, doing light blush and black eyeliner, with gold eyeshadow to go with. Sophie's hair was done in curls with the front of her hair braided back to the back of her head.
"You look amazing. Fitz is gonna love it," Biana assured, making Sophie blush. After a while the heard Edaline call that Fitz was at the door, and Sophie almost ran down the stairs to see him.
He was wearing a teal button-up shirt and normal jeans with a black cape. Sophie rushed to the door, hearing Grady talking to Fitz saying "if you hurt her, you will pay. Have her home before 9:00, do you understand?" Fitz nodded his head, turning to lay eyes on Sophie. He was speechless, his cheeks turning a bright shade of red as he looked down at his clothes.
Sophie only smiled at him as they walked out the doors. "Where are we going?"
"It's a surprise." Fitz responded, shortly after saying "Mystral Park, Mysterrium," and they were whisked away by the light.
They appeared in a grassy field with no one else in sight, the only thing planted on the grass was a blanket and a basket. Fitz led her to the blanket and basket, gesturing for her to lay down. They laid quietly for a short while before Fitz spoke, saying "I wanted us to eat while looking up at the stars. Once the sun sets we can actually see them, but..."
"Fitz, I love it," Sophie interrupted, pulling him in for a short kiss. They ate what was in the basket, which happened to be mallowmelt and ripple fluffs, and once the food was all gone they looked up at the stars.
Fitz moves the basket away from between them, pulling Sophie close as he dragged his arm under her back and above her waist. They stayed like that for a long time before hearing foot steps coming their way.
"Oh look, Wonder boy and the weird elf. Together. How sweet. Fitz, the right girl to be with is me, not her," A snotty voice spat. Stina. Sophie didn't have to look at her to know who she was.
Fitz was the first to speak up, saying "you wish," pulling Sophie even closer than before, still holding her waist and glaring at Stina. "Sophie is the most wonderful girl in the world. Far more than a girl who's snotty like you could ever be," Fitz continued, kissing Sophie on the head. Doing that made Stina step back in anger.
"Whatever, Wonder Boy, you'll realize what you're missing and wish you've never been with her," she said as she stormed off.
"I will never regret this," Fitz assures Sophie, making her feel one million times better. He tilted her head up so she could see his wonderful teal eyes, Sophie's betraying heart fluttering as he said "never," and kissed her. They laid under the stars the rest of the time, till holding each other close, afraid to let go, afraid to drift apart.
