「samantha」

After a power nap I woke up in my own bed, being fully clothe.

It's not that I slept naked or whatsoever, it's just that I remember sleeping messed up.

I looked to the side and saw five empty bottles of Blue Dragon...yikes.

I groaned and went out of bed, going immediately to the bathroom and made my self fresh.

"Oh, Sam. You're up. Dinner's ready" Daniel said and walked right passed me, not waiting for my reply.

I rolled my eyes and changed my clothes.

After a few minutes making my self ready, I joined all of them on eating dinner and avoided Daniel for the rest of the time.

Jonah cleared his throat, "Is there a problem between Daniel and Sam?" he asked.
"None" Daniel and I replied in-sync.

We awkwardly looked at each other and continued eating dinner.

"So convincing" Zach playfully rolled his eyes.
"Just tell us" Zach groaned.
"He cheated" I blurted out.

Their faces were shocked.

"Thanks for the dinner guys, i'm heading back to my room" I said and put my plate to the dishwasher.

I then stepped upstairs, escaping the awkward atmosphere around us.

「daniel」

"Wait, what?" Jonah asked.
"How?" Zach asked.
"He and Savannah texts, right?" Jack replied.
"Oh dang" Zach said.
"Why Daniel? I thought you weren't dating any of them" Jonah playfully rolled his eyes.

He said that because he know I said the same things to Sam and Sav.

I rolled my eyes.

"What are you going to do now?" Jack asked, finishing his food.
"Make my promise come true" I replied flatly.
"What's your promise?" Corbyn asked.

I half shrugged.

I sighed and didn't finish my meal, instead went upstairs to make it up to Samantha.

I went to her door and positioned my hand to knock.

But pulled away.

Maybe I could do that later...

It was now around twelve at midnight and Derek came home with food, so the boys decided to eat again.

The boys made everything clear with Derek as well, so I think we're all good now.

I heard he was also going to quit and end our job.

I hope that happens.

There were chatters from downstairs, and I think it's time to finally go down after a long sleep.

Just then, I thought about continuing my plan for Samantha.

I washed my face and I tried to open Sam's door, only seeing her room dark and empty.

Sighing, I went down and sat on the sofa beside Zach.

"Where's Sam bro?" I whispered.
"Tunnel. Getting drinks for us" he replied, eating chips.
"Wait wha— we're drinking?!" I asked.
"Yeah, you know, all of us and Derek is okay now kind of party?" he replied, more in a question tone.

I sighed.

"I'll be back." I said and stood up.

I jogged to the tunnel and saw her, picking drinks to drink.

She turned around and squealed, shocked at my presence.

"Daniel!" she exclaimed.
"Didn't mean to shock you" I said, dryly chuckling.
"What do you want?" she sighed.
"D- do you remember my promise?" I asked.
"Your promise?" she asked, confused.
"Yeah" I slowly nodded.

She looked up and thought for a second.

"S- sorry, no" she awkwardly shook her head and placed the bottles of Blue Dragon on the table.
"That one promise I said where i'm going to get you out of here?" I said.

She looked at me in the eyes and we stared at each other for a good three seconds.

"Y- yeah..." she replied in-whisper.
"Would you still want to do that?" I asked.

She looked down and sighed.

"I don't know Daniel. I'm too scared to even exit this place without you" she replied with soft eyes.
"How about your sister? And just to inform you, we're not communicating or anything now. I hope you forgive me." I said.
"I- I- I forgige you, Daniel" she said.
"You do?" I asked, unsure.
"I just said it" she replied.

We chuckled.

"Let's talk about this later at bed. For now, let's drink these" she said, getting three bottles while I took four.
"Wait Sam" I said.

She turned around.

"Does it mean you're going to stay?" I asked.
