After the team meeting Becky called lindsey into the other room to help her to grab extra gear. While becky was reaching for a hat a bin fell but she caught it and grabbed a ton of hats because there next game will be cold.
Lindsey saw couldn't reach the shelf above that so she reached up. When Lindsey reached up the whole shelf rack came crashing down on her.
Becky yelled for help but since the door was close it couldn't be heard
But the whole team obviously heard the crash
Sonnett was the first one in there and she let out a blood curdling scream because Lindsey is her best friend
Emily rushed over to lindsey
Knocked out cold.
"Call 911" Emily screamed!
Rose and Mal were freaking out and Kelley dialed 911
The ambulance showed up and took lindsey and said only 1 person was allowed to go with.
Everyone voted emily
The rest of the team took off in their cars on their way to the hospital
Once they got there they immediately rushed Lindsey to a room and started checking the important stuff and running CAT scans
After the doctors left to go review the results emily pulled up a chair next to lindseys hospital bed.
"Hey Lindsey you are my best friend, sometimes you mean a little more than that...I- I, I know your asleep, so you cant hear this, but rest up and i know your strong you will get th-through this" Emily breathes out
Then Alex and Kelley bust through the door and rush over to Lindsey
"Is she ok?" Alex said
"I dont know" Emily said
"Well Rose and Mal are out there, can they come in?" Kelley asks
"Yea doctors said only three at a time so" Emily says
"Ok, We will leave, Rose, Mal!" Alex yelled
Mal came in crying and Rose was holding her
Emily stepped out to call Jill to let her know about the situation
"Im on my way" Jill said
"Hi Lindsey, i miss your smile please come back" Mal said crying
Rose stepped out of the room to let the younger one talk her feelings out because she needed that
"I just wish you were awake" Mal says quietly
Just then Lindseys heart monitor starts beating really fast
Mal jumped up and screamed for doctors
Lindsey was heaving up and down
Emily crashed through the door and started screaming for someone to help
The doctors rushed everyone out of the room and threw an oxygen mask on Lindsey
Mal was having troubles breathing because she has never seen something more horrifying
Rose took her outside, upon going outside they hear
"Hurry up guys or we will lose her!"
That sends Emily into a full fledged panic mode and she runs outside into the darkness
Rose and Mal hear the shock things going as they step outside and crash onto the grass tumbling on top of each other bawling their eyes out
"everything will be fine" Rose says into Mal's ear
The doctor come outside with a confused but look that says everything WILL be fine
Mal is the first one to get up "WHAT?!" she yelled
"Some type of miracle brought your friend back" the doctor says
Rose and Mal just sat there in awe
"But...she is in a coma..." the doctor trailed off
"FOR HOW LONG?!??" Mal yelled
"A COMA?" Rose screamed
"Girls, she suffered a blow to the head which cause a really bad concussion, she will be up in a few days. Only 2 visitors at a time now."
"Thank lord" said rose
Mal hugged the doctor and said "thank you"
"Wheres Sonnett?" Mal said looking around
She was nowhere to be seen.
So this took a turn, but i hope u enjoyed, better news kinda next chapter, but it gets real...
