Chapter : 7

"One backdoor is attached to the storeroom right?. I think we both should leave before it's too late, come on"*Sam said*
"Leave? Sam, I don't know who are they and I just can't leave my house behind like this, not when a guy with a few other guys wearing masks is here with  guns"*Elsa declared*

"What you're thinking of doing then?huh?Facing them? They have guns, Elsa"*Sam whispered to Elsa as the footsteps were getting closer.
Elsa didn't say a word for a while...

"Elsa, you are responsible for two lives now, not only yours but the baby's as well. Think about the baby "*Sam said while putting his hands on her shoulders*
"Come on now before it's too late"*Sam said and grabbed her hands as they both went inside the storeroom silently.*
"Sam wait, "*Elsa said the moment they both got inside the storeroom*
He looked at Elsa already expecting insane verdicts for the current situation...

"I don't know where my husband is, I don't know what's gonna happen next but least I can do is to fulfil what my husband has asked us to do."*Elsa said whilst tears started forming in her eyes*
"What is it?"*Sam asker her*
"We need to destroy his algorithm book, he wrote in that note and asked you to do so"*Elsa stated*
"Elsa, it's already half  destroyed, you've seen it. Every second is precious and you can't just waste it. You don't know how much dangerous it is to stay here"*Sam worried*
"I can't take the risk to ruin something for which Aakrit literally dedicated his life and all the time *She said and took that algorithm book from his hand and flushed it down*
Sam did nothing but looked at her doing so. Meanwhile, those gunmen heard the noise when she flushed the book...
SHE'S IN THE STOREROOM*one of the gunmen exclaimed loudly *
Run, *Sam said and grabbed her hands as they went outside the storeroom with all the precautions as she was pregnant*
Just before the gunmen were about to reach them they both went inside Sam's car and went away to one of Aakrit's secret and safe places...

After remaining silent for a while and       coping up from the shock of her husband's disappearance and the gunmen's arrival she broke the silence and said.." My neighbour".
Sam looked at her while driving.
"We should have saved her, what if the gunmen attack her house?*Elsa said in a low voice*
"They won't"*Sam said*
Elsa looked at him questionably...
"Her house is the easiest target for robbery or anything else in that area, as she lives alone but, the gunmen chose your house because they wanted something else from you, maybe your life, maybe some secret information that only you have the knowledge of,maybe about Aakrit's algorithm ."*Sam stated*

Elsa was unable to accept the situation and the facts that were transparent but still blurry enough for her to disbelieve.
After a while, Elsa rested her head back on the seat as it was an hour or more past midnight and not a single human was on the road because it was the way to Aakrit's safe place but, in no time she realized that something was wrong when she glanced at the side-view mirror.

Sam, is it alright to have those people following us?*She said in a low voice*
Sam was about to look at the rear-view mirror but in no time their car spun 180° and went out of control as they heard the tire explosion because of the continuous firing the gunmen were doing on their car while chasing them with theirs.
