                                                  She watched herself turn into a catastrophe
As he broke her in every way he could—
She was wounded by his words
And died from the unspoken ones.
                              As he started learning everything
Her every flaw,
Her every scar,
Her every secret,
He then left her shredded.
                              Now she is stuck.

                              When she wants love
When she craves for peace
When she wants to feel them all again
But there's nothing left to fix.
                              She couldn't let someone in
without tearing them apart.
                              "Tell me something wonderful," she would whisper.
"I love you," he said.
                              And all she musters is a, "Why?"
With eyes as cold as ice.
