Chapter 4: New Trials

Toni POV

When I pulled up to the school I saw this beautiful red mustang parked in the front of the school. And I just wanted to see it up close. But the girl that was in it was beautiful say the least. I had to play it cool but inside I was scared shitless.

"Hey I'm looking for a Cheryl Blossom." and I put on my natural smirk.

She started stuttering and I guess that was a good sign because when females usually does that around me they are nervous. So I guess she was just as nervous as I was. So I started trying to break the ice and asked her was she the one showing me around which she was I knew of course.

30 minutes later.....

So Cheryl was done showing me around the school and we were sitting down in the school lounge talking and she asked me about joining some activities they have going on around here.

"Well I was wondering if I could join the football team I have a really great arm." I say with a little smile.

"Oh well, I know one person you can talk to about that."

And as soon as she said that four other students walked in. A red headed boy, a raven haired girl, a blonde headed girl with her hair in a high ass pony tail really how high could it go? And last but not least a boy with dark black hair with a beanie on.

"Archie Andrews just the ginger I wanted to talk to." Cheryl said. This is the new kid Toni Mikaelson and she wanted to know about football."

Archie looks at me and smiles, "are you any good ?"

"I'm actually great I have a cannon for an arm and I'm really fast on my feet." I say.

"Great we can head to see coach right now." Says Archie.

I stand up and look back at Cheryl,  "thanks for showing me around Red," I smile at her and she blushes.

"Yeah, no problem I will see you in first I guess." she says with a beautiful smile.

"That you will," I turn and follow Archie out the door towards the gym.

Archie knocks on the coaches door and we heard a loud come in from inside. Archie opens the door and we walk inside.

"Hey coach this is Toni Mikaelson and she wanted to know about a position on the team."

The coach looks at me and raises an eyebrow. "You any good Mikaelson?"

"Yes sir, I say with most confidence, I have a great arm and really fast."

"Alright tryouts are today right after school. Just bring shorts and cleats we will supply you with the rest of the gear."

"Yes sir," I turn and walk out the coaches office.

Archie pats me on my back as we start to walk towards first period.

Cheryl POV

The sad breakfast club all look at me in suspicion.

"What you looking at you zombie group?"

"Cheryl you were definitely blushing at the new kid," Veronica said.

"Okay, so wonder if I was she's cute but she comes off as a player so I don't know if I should."

"Oh, Please Cheryl you haven't gon out with anyone since Nick and he was the biggest player and asshole of this school." Says my cousin Betty.

"Ohhh Elizabeth, the only reason I dated Nick is because he is the quarterback of the school but something tells me Toni is way better."

I believe it, she is tall enough and more fit than Nick something tells me she is hiding something," says Jughead.

"Listen you hobo whatever Toni has going on it's none of our business. We actually want people to not hide because of your detective trait you zombie baby." I say in my HBIC voice.

Jughead shakes his and just says, "whatever,"and gets up to leave heading to class.

"Well we will see what the day leads to because today is football tryouts and I'm actually gonna see if she has any skills or not," says Veronica as she kisses Betty on the cheek and walks out.

Cheryl stands up and walks to her first period ready to see Toni as the bell rings.
