The Batman

Chapter 2

I walked out and got in my Lamborghini setting my backpack in the back. As I got in I could still feel the winter cold and breeze. I loved this time of year..but unfortunately I'm going to have to spend it in college. The only good thing about this is that I'm taking a Gotham combat training class. I sighed and drove to Gotham University feeling exhausted and not very excited for what's about to happen. I got to the place and got out of my car, getting my stuff out. This was definitely going to be a long year for me especially since I haven't been to school for nearly 14 years. I walked around the place and found my class. Once I got there, I saw everyone fighting and doing some types of skills. Everyone stopped what they were doing and looked at me with their jaws dropped. All I could hear were whispers and murmurs. The teacher seemed to look like an old man but yet a little young as well. He walked up to me with his hands behind his back "hello sir, you must be.." He trailed off as he didn't remember my name "Wayne..Matthew Wayne" I answered. The man nodded "yes Mr.Wayne..I was told that you were attending this class, you can go ahead and sit next to Ms. Yamashrio" he pointed at the direction of a young Asian woman sitting on the bench wearing a slim and leather type of gear. I nodded and sat next to her looking at her. "Umm..hey I'm Matthew" I smiled at her. She looked at me weirdly then nodded "I'm Tatsu" she then looked at me curiously "you looked stressed..and nervous, why's that Matthew?". I looked back at her "umm I-I don't know what you're talking about". She rolled her eyes "yes you do, clearly with you stuttering and by yout facial expression plus with your face being red as a tomato and sweating..I can tell you are very nervous" she looked away and I looked at myself. She was completely right. I was actually impressed and speechless...honestly I ONLY do this to people so this is how it feels like, huh. "Alright class, we will start today's lesson with our new student, Mr.Wayne". He pointed at me and I got up walking up next to him. I don't really know if I should fight with these type of clothes on but I'll try my best to kick the person's ass. "Mr. Wayne today you will fight our best student.." The teacher looked at Tatsu and smirked "Ms. Yamashrio". I gulped and nodded then whispered in his ear "um how am I supposed to fight in these type of clothes?." He responded, "perhaps you should have came prepared Wayne..i suggest you do your best with these clothes." I saw Tatsu walk up to me and take her hand out "good luck" she said. I shook her hand and said, "good luck." She instantly put my arm around her and flip her over. I was shocked by the sudden surprise and tried fighting back. Tatsu blocked every hit and then she swung her leg and her foot hit me face hard. Everything went black and I passed out.
