The Batman

Chapter 15

"Huh?" a thug said before getting knocked down. The others started to look nervous and look around, afraid. "What the hell was that?!" "Don't worry bout! Get the gir- ah!" was heard before getting snatched up. They pushed a button on their goggles, turning into night vision. One of them looked as he saw all of the other ones falling back, and getting hit by a black, mysterious figure. The thug tried to shoot hit gun repeatedly before getting knocked down. The lights turned back on before Tatsu is confronted by the caped crusader. "Didn't think you were gonna wake up, thought i was dead right there." "Was that all of them Luke?" Batman asked on the com as he and Tatsu started walking out. "Yeah surprisingly but GCPD's got a load of them, Anarky is stacked with these guys." Batman shook his head as he waited in the middle of the road. "Not for long." Tatsu walked up to him putting her katana away, "And me?" Batman looked at her before the batmobile pulled up next to him. "Try to hide everyone, evacuate as many people far from this side of the city." She nodded and looked at him. "Do you think you'll stop him..?" Batman looked at her with the most serious look he's ever had. And she knew the answer. He drove away, knowing the finale to this is coming.

Anarky got up and grunted while chuckling. "Wohohohoho wow that guy can fight." "B..cschh b-bob-bo..boss?" He heard from a mic he had in his pocket. "Yessss???" "The Bat. He's coming sir." Anarky smiled widely and started skipping around on his way out. "Perfect! I can't wait to finish off the last  tinnnyyyyy piece to my greatest piece of art yet!" he says as he looks out to see tons of places burning and fires everywhere with sirens and everything. "Let me know the Knight gets there." he said with such a gruesome voice. "Yes sir." Anarky grinned as he knew what was coming.

"Officer Blake do you hear me?!" Gordon said as he tried shooting off a couple of  regular criminals going after him. "Sorry sir im busy trying to get some out of the building!" Blake responded. The GCPD was under attack really bad. Every corner you turn you'll see one of Anarky's thugs or even an entire group of them. Gordon tried  to fight back as much as he could until he tripped over one of the dead bodies. "Ungh!" he grunted as he tried to get up but was pinned back down by a large man holding a machine gun. "Haha seeya commish." The machine gun began to charge before the large man suddenly falls down. In front of Gordon was Barbara. "Dad!" she said as she dropped her gun to the floor and immediately embracing with her father. "Barbara what are you doing?! You cannot be in here its to dangerous!" he says before quickly moving her away as piece of the ceiling fell. "But.." He sighed and shook his head, "Doesn't matter, we have to get out of here now." Jim holds his daughter close as he tries to find a way out of the burning building. 

On the other side of the GCPD, Officer Blake was fighting off some of the men but ultimately failed once they started to team up on him. Suddenly a cloud of smoke appeared and blinded the men. "HEY!" They start shooting frantically but soon the guns began to stop shooting. One by one, they all got hit and thrown to the other side of the room. The smoke clears up and all the men are down on the floor unconscious. "So..you're the Batman?" Blake says as Batman helps him up. "Where's Gordon?" "Don't know, but i did hear his talkie and a i think a girl's voice was on the other side," Blake said as he dusted himself off and reloaded his gun. "Barbara." Matthew said as he heard more thugs of Anarky's coming. "Try and get to the Gordon's and get them and as many people out of here." "But what about them? There's an entire army here Batman." He tilted his head ever so slightly and clicked a button on his utility belt. "I'll deal with it." Matt stood there and waited for them as Blake slowly walked off to find Barbara and Jim. 

"Booosssssss he's here," the thug that spoke to him earilier, said. "Good..." the other voice on the mic said. 

The men started walking up the stairs and instantly aimed their guns around the room. "Search the perimeter!" the leader of this group said as they looked around. One of the men looked around a couple of monitors around the room before quickly being brought down quietly from behind. "Mmm!" he muffled against the hand as the sleeping gas from the glove kicked in and he collapsed. "Hey what was that?!" they went over to check it out before a shiny black object hits one of their shoulders. "Huh?" he took it out of the shoulder and grunted before looking at it. "Hey what is it?" the guy looked over at him confused. "A Bat..?" he said before suddenly falling down. "What the-!" Batman came out of nowhere as he knocked him out with a jab to his neck. The others began shooting and he blocked the shots with his cape as he moved closer to each one of them and fighting them. He throws a couple of batarangs over to a couple while the others gang up on him. Batman falls down as they all start kicking him and attacking. The Batman quickly grapples a chair over and swings it on the head of one of them. They pull out knives and machetes, looking to have more of a chance to hurt the hero. The group start running towards him, as he waits there patiently. He fights all of them at once, as he breaks their fingers and arms making them drop the knives. Batman drops each one of them hard on the ground and throws the biggest one out of all of them one top of them. "Ah!" the big man yelled as he fell on the others. Batman snickered and ran to look for the others.
