"LET'S DO THIS!"  Jun screamed as he swung his bat around, quite frankly making me worry that his hand would slip and the bat would go flying and hit someone in the face.  I cringed as he continued to scream, stepping up to the plate. Didn't think Japanese people would be just as loud and obnoxious as Americans.

I was pulled out of my stupor as I heard the ball hit the sweet spot of the bat.  The crowd roared as Jun scored a home run.  I smirked as he screamed again.  Yuki chuckled as he stepped up to the plate and smashed another homer.

"YEAH! GO NII-CHAN! WOOT-WOOT!" I screamed as I stood up while doing a weird dance where I moved my arms in a circle and spun around.  Then I started to shake my butt still screaming out cheers.

The Kiryu pitcher looked at me with a smile making me stop and hide behind the bench.  A sudden shadow over shadowed me.  I giggled to myself over that one.

"Adi, dude. Stop hiding." Miyuki's familiar voice sounded.  I glowered at him through the space in the bench. "Never." was my cold hearted response.  Twinkie suddenly popped up on one side of me and Sawamura on the other making a high-pitched "eep" come out of me.

I pressed my hand to my chest. "Holy Jesus mushrooms." I whisper yelled.  Sawamura grinned at me.  "Hahahahaha! I scared Adi!" He shouted.

"You did what to Adi?" Ryo-nii asked in a scary tone as he appeared.  I startled again. Tanba, Chris, and Masuko appeared scaring the bejezuz out of me. Jun and Yuki suddenly appeared, scaring me yet again. "What's going on?" Kuramochi whispered from the other side of Twinkie.

This time I screamed and hit my head on the top of the bench. I held my head and hissed in pain. "Holy mother of Mickey freaking Mouse!" I growled as I slid from under the bench.

All the boys held in chuckles as I stalked over to the shelves to grab my bat and gloves.  One glove was on and the other was halfway there when I got a bad feeling in my gut.  I froze and looked at the game.

   Thunk

"DEAD BALL!" The ump yelled gruffly.  I watched as Shirasu limped to first base.  I shook my head and walked to the batter's box.  My face twisted into a grimace when I saw Miyuki narrowly avoid a ball to the face. The pitcher is losing his rhythm. I thought to myself as Miyuki got walked.

I stepped up to the plate and swung my bat a little. I let out a woosh of breath.  "Let's do this." I mumbled to myself.  I glared at the pitcher as he began to smile again.  Funny thing is that whenever I stood on the plate I was never scared.

The pitcher pitched a perfect ball down the middle that I just stood there and let it pass.  I gave him a blank look.  His eyebrows furrowed in confusion as he threw another meatball.  Again I stood there blankly.

He threw 3 balls each one dangerously close trying to get me to move.  I didn't budge an inch.  My entire team was yelling at me to do something.  I could feel coaches death aura.  My face was still blank but inside as was laughing my butt off.

The pitcher threw another meatball down the middle and I swung with all my power.  The ball went flying over the fence and I lazily rounded the bases.  Every person in the stadium quieted with shock.

I entered the dugout and took my helmet of before Coach called me over.  I stood in front of him.  "Why did you wait for a full count?" He asked.

"I wanted to tire him sir.  He also didn't expect me to slam that homer.  It obviously shook him up and threw him off his rhythm." I responded while watching the game.  I glanced at Coach to see him smirk at me.

   "Good." was his response.
