Doom's demise (Finally)

Fallows POV
I couldn't believe that Shade was not an elf. Her alteration was so good that I could see every detail of her elf body. To know it was an illusion is shocking. I have never seen anyone that good with alteration magic. Shade looked totally different. I would not have recognized her if she had not dropped her illusion in front of me.

"Is everything ok Fallow" The new argonian Shade said instead of the familiar elf.
"It's just so weird that you are not an elf. That you are an argonian. One of the rarest races in Skyrim. And one of the least favourite apart from the elves."

"That's the reason why I did the alteration spell. So people would not judge my entire personality by my race"

Shade is right. If I had first met her as an argonian I would have safe guarded my personal belongings and not have trusted her. I am sad to admit to myself that I would not have trusted her if I first met her as an argonian. My friends and family always distrusted other non nord races. Argonians and dark elves were treated the worst by my parents. I am only thinking now about how poorly and judgmental we nords are to other races. It is not right or fair to them to be born and hated instantly with no control over who does and doesn't like them.

"This has to change. But first we need to take out Doom."
"Ok Fallow" Shade said "but I am only 16 do you really think that a 16 year old should be a cold blooded murderer" her eyes looked so different as an argonian but they still spoke the same meaning. That she should not kill someone, unless it is in self defence.

My eyes widened as I thought of the best idea.
"Shade do you think that I could kill Doom on my own" Shade's eyes widened at the thought.
"That is a brilliant but stupid idea. I have to show you how to be silent as the night. So that you are not caught and killed"
"Would you do that" I asked as i thought about what I could do if I was good at stealth.
"I have the ability so I will" Shade said while grinning creepily.

One day later
.
I snuck up behind Shade. Just as I was about to get her, she turned and defended herself.
"That was great Fallow. I could barely hear you that time. I highly doubt that the Shadow hunters will hear you."
"How are you so good at hearing me"
"I have great ears" Shade replied. I get a feeling that Shade is hiding something from me. But why would she do that. Well she did show me her true form so I shouldn't worry too much, Shade will tell me when she is ready. Shade must trust me because she showed me that she is actually an argonian.

"Shade, Am i finally ready" Shade has been training me for over a day. I am exhausted.
"I think you finally are. Now go and kick Doom's ass." Shade cheered me on. I wonder how she learned how to be so stealthy. Any way It's time to get rid of Doom forever.

"What is the password for the door Shade"
"To be killed before dark"
"Wow that is some dark words to say"
"I know. I wonder who came up with it"
"Well I will be going now. Wish me luck"
"You will do fine Fallow. Good luck"

I snuck down into the Shadow hunters base. I heard screams of people being tortured and in pain. The sorrow and pain was strong. This place is the spawn of something terrible. I drink a potion of invisibility and snuck past the beds of these evil beings. As I walk by I see a poster. It is of two daggers. The twin daggers. On the poster it says that they were stolen years ago. The thing that caught my eye was the fact that they looked exactly like the ones Shade had when we practised stealth. It can't be a coincidence could it. As I walked further along I saw Him. Doom.

I needed to kill him quietly no matter how much he deserved to suffer. I grabbed my sword out of its cover.
"Who's there" Doom spoke. Did he hear me take my blade out? Too late to back out now. I cast a spell to block sound from traveling out of this room. I dislike using magic but this situation forced me to do it.
"There you are. Thought you could sneak up on me. Well your invisibility wore off and I can see you crystal clear. I think Sovngarde is calling for you." Doom said while looking strait at me. Wait my invisibility wore off now I will have to fight him blade to blade. My strength.

We fought. Doom was good. But I was better. He relied on strength with his sword not logic. I was able to out maneuver him. 'Clung'. Our swords bounced off each other. I faked a step to the left and went to the right. Doom fell for it and I was able to make a nasty cut on his leg. He started to become weak and stumbled. He attacked one more time before collapsing. His final attack got me. Nothing major but still painful. I had won. I prayed to the 9 divine and thanked them for things not turning out bad. Then I cut off Dooms head. He was never going to bother anyone again.

I drank my last potion of invisibility and left the Shadow hunters base.

Yay Doom is finally dead. Sorry it took ages. And I know the fight scene is very anti climatic and terible. I have never done a fight scene before.

You want to know what I dont understand. My chapter 'History' has 12 reads while two chapters later, Chapter 'Insert super awsome chapter title' has 17 reads. Are people skipping chapters and reading every second chapter or are people just trolling me.
