Project Ohio(Red vs Blue Fanfiction)

The Plan

        Everyoen is in their armor and ready to go. Ohio gives the order and they are beamed down to the planet, horrified by the sight. The Flood invasion had happened so fast, that the entire world was infected. The group that was sent down: Ohio, South, Tucker, Caboose, CT, York, and Tex, all went to a nearby sight where drilling was happening. They overheard two people talking. "Man, taking over human bodies is fun, ain't it?" One said, The other replied, "The best part is that after 7 days, the original person dies. Then the body is all ours." The first one replied, "Yeah, help me operate this drill. The sooner we get to the core, the sooner the world gets infected. We know what happens after that." The other one replied, "Yep, the world becomes a Flood world. Unsustainable for humans, eradicating their race." Caboose stepped forward, but broke a twig in the process. "Who's there?" One asked. They started walking towards the group. Ohio sprung out and killed both of them. He then said, "Come on, we have to keep moving. If my guess if correct, their base of operations is the biggest, tallest building in the city. That's where they'll place their core that controls the invasion. If we destroy that, then they are powerless." They moved on into the city, seeing all of the slaves working. A Flood leader pointed a gun at Ohio's head and said, "You can't kill us." Ohio then replied, "Really. Last time I checked, they are 7.6 billion people on this planet who would gladly rebel against you at my disposal. All I have to do is give them guns." Ohio then open fired on the Flood leader, the rest of the group followed suit as they killed any Flood that came at them. They heard York  scream. As they turned to see him being devoured by a Flood. Ohio said, "Beam us up." They all got beamed up, falling to their knees. 

        Ohio walked into his room to find South on his bed. He said to himself, "Fuck." South answered, "That's what I want to hear." She pounced on him and they had the time of their lives, again. The following morning, Ohio was called into the prisoner hold. Wash looked at him and said, "Look at who we caught." Ohi told everyone, "You can leave now. I can handle him." Everyone left, leaving Ohio alone with the prisoner. Ohio said, "We meet again, Chairman. I recall your body getting taken over by the leader of the Flood." The chairman said, "He found a better body. That's their plan, to create invincle bodies so they can take over the universe." Ohio said, "That's why you are going to help me. You are my ticket inside to destroy the core that is keeping them alive." The chairman said, "What are you going to do to me after everything is back to normal." Ohio started walking away, "Public execution.: Ohio left the chairman sitting there. He went back to the others to tell them the plan.

        "Okay people, here's the plan. The chairman is our ticket in. Once he gets us in, Tucker, Wash, Donut, and I will let ourselves be taken prisoner. The route to the prison will take us right past the core. While that is happening, Carolina, Tex, Wyoming, and Sarge will take out a guard and get in the clothes. The chairman can provide the guards. There will be two other guards who will lead the way. Once we get to the core, Carolina, Tex, Wyoming, and Sarge will take out the two guards leading and any other guards that decide to show up. From there, I will wire the bomb into the core. It has to be detonated manually, but the chairman decided that he would do that to redeem himself. The other eight of us will fight our way out from the inside. The rest of you: Caboose, Simmons, Grif, etc. will be beamed down in front of the door to help us get out. Once we all get beamed back up, the chairman will recieve a notification and he will detonate. The explosion is a 1 mile diameter." Wash asked, "And what if the chairman decides to not detonate the bomb?" Ohio answered, "That's what I'm afraid of. I have a plan B just in case. Church knows it." A sapphire AI appeared. "I do, but it's secret." Ohio said, "Get some sleep today. We start when it gets dark."
