Series# 1: "A fit Bride To A Handsome Wolf"

Chapter 9: The task

Look at her she feel so horrible she don't know what should she do now. It seems the destiny wants her to be dead by now on. Their first task is to let us recover the dead land that she saw awhile ago. But how come an ordinary lady like her, could do that. She’s not a God after all. lt's really impossible for her to do that crazy task. Sure the dark fairy really planned it very carefully.

Laika seems so pleasant while listening the impossible task that the dark fairy gave us. She's comfortable in sitting besides Xander and her she feel at ease at her very own position. Because she wanted to be in that position. She's irritated when that woman is trying to make a move to Xander. So she just concentrates herself to the task. How can she do it? She feels very frustrated. Yeah she's intelligent girl but she's not used too in that kind of dilemma. She feels sick she wanted to withdraw the game but certainly she cannot do that because her life is at stake here.

She feel undecided of what should she do. She continued listening to the task but unfortunately her ears is not in that direction. She wants to whip her in her two hands but she's not that kind of desperate person to get the attention of Xander.  She goes around the corner to find something that she could do while they are busy listening crazy staff. She's not really interested to what they are talking.

There’s someone hiding in the branch of trees. She wonder why on earth his there. He's figure told her that his a man. So she went there slowly. Not intentionally that she would scare him. She really wanted to know why his hiding. So immediately, she goes there without saying excuse to the others. She knows that it was rude to go without saying permission, but she couldn't help it? She wants to breathe.

She figures it out whom. His Jake Haven the man who’s with her yesterday. But why his there? That's the questioned that she needs to know. 

He explained to her why his here, and that's to investigate something. The dark fairy is plotting a planned for us and that will definitely hurt us in the nearer future. The Dark fairy wanted to torment us, forever in her hill. In the lake of fire, that’s really scared. No wonder she had a bad feelings towards her. Because she's not the right god that Xander and his people should served for. She needs to do something for this. She wanted to go there and wanted Xander to know what the hidden plan of that evil dark fairy. But Jake stopped her in doing so. Because according to him this is not the right time to reveal it. They need further preparation in doing so. Because Dark Fairy is not an ordinary opponent. She is the descendant from evil. And for her to beat Fierra she must win the game, against her. It is the only way to ensure their freedom.

JakeHavenPOV:

Jake can see to her eyes the determination to win this battle. She just listened to what he said to her. He promise that he will protect this young lady no matter what happen. He knows, Fierra is making a move together with her companion but he won't let her harm her. She's just too precious to get involve with this.

*I need to help her*

The day of the competition was almost started. Dark Fierra pointed out that there is three tasks that they need to accomplish. If one of the ladies won in two consecutive tasks then, that will be consider as a winner.

Lean knows that Jake is an archangel and she was glad that Jake is there to be a friend to her. Even though she knows that she might lose the game without his help still, Lean never ask him to help. Even he has a power to fix those messed.

Jake knew that Lean is a brave girl. So he just watches him from a distant and while the game is almost started, Lean just stand there and prayed so intently to God above, his creator.

While Laika was there positioning herself to do miracle. Unfortunately, Dark fierra will help her in doing those silly games. He doesn’t know what Fierra is pointing out in these crazy games, but one thing is for sure she wanted to kill Lean on her own bear hands. Because she herself knew that Lean is a big treat to accomplish her mission.

The lands are divided into two. Laika was in the right land, while Lean was in the left land. Lean was really focused on praying while Laika was starting to make a miracle. In an instant, the dead land turns to glow. Everyone was so happy for that. Laika could really do a miracle...but off-course with the help of the power of fierra. Fierra's power on the other hand, is not really enough to fix everything because the animals are not alive. But you can see how proud Laika are in doing that thing.

Lean was so focused to what she prayed and he can hear her pray.

*God...help me. I wish I can fix this land. Not because I wanted to win this battle. But I want them to know that you are powerful among all. God please gave me strength to continue this battle. I want to save them *..

And she shouts and said "In the power of God! Vested in me this land will make us new as before".

*I know God is so powerful. He can give what your hearts has desired. Mentioning the name of God will make things change for the better. Faith to God will be the only way to surpass everything in this world, even the impossible turn to possible because of his power.*

And she opened her eyes and everything turns to something new. The land was progressive as if it had given a second reborn. So as for the animals also. The animals are running behind her and make a bow. As if their thanking Lean for the second life they have. The rainbow appeared as if giving Lean a brighter future as a future good queen in this land. All were amazed of what they saw. So they concluded that Lean was the winner of the first task.

Lean was very humble in bowing to Xander but not for dark fierra. Jake can see how angry the dark fierra is. She was too embarrassed and never too realized that Lean could possibly surpass this impossible task. But she smiled...After a long pause. There's something in her mind that will help her to win this battle.

Lean Fontanelle POV

:

She can't believe that everything's turns to something new again. The power of God was so amazing that you can even think that nothing is impossible because his power can mend everything and no doubt for that. She utters a very big thank you to the lord above, for she knows that God save her life and her future. She wanted to go with him and share her happiness but she cannot do that for Laika is with him crying for her loosed. So instead that she will go with, she rather finds Jake to say thank you to him than doing that crazy action. What is the point of this game? Dark Fierra wants to test her how Faith she was in serving GOD.

In the other day, Dark Fairy gave them the second task and she wants them to cross the lake without using a boats! She was so nervous because she's afraid that she might die in that action and she almost forgot that God can take the impossible thing to possible. She has a second thought in crossing it because the wind made her shivered. While Laika started to cross without an agony that she will fall. Lean started to cross but when she's in the centered of the lake, she drowns and fall. She's afraid of heights. So she drowns in the water. Her minds are controlling her fear. Her fears prevailed at the second competition. And lose the game afterwards. Xander is there to save her. You can really see to his eyes the fear of losing Lean to his life. But he cannot say a word to the Dark Fairy because their lives are at stake here.

She wanted to show to someone that she was brave enough to face her lose but then deep inside, she was crying because her faith is not as strong as she thought. Jake Haven visited her in her rest. She cannot look straight towards him because she was so shy to admit to herself that her Faith to God is not so strong to believe that everything is possible. But Jake look at him in an understandable look. He smiled to her and said everything does will be fine. Just trust God in your full hearts. Discover the beauty of his wisdom. His always there..Call Him and he will be there...Eliminate the word worrying because it will never help you with your problems. It can actually add to your grief. God will give you strength to go on. Don't just lose hope for everybody is also like that...Discover your strength..I believe that you can do it.  He said and left. She cried the whole evening. She wanted to be in herself.

Xander never visited her in her room in whole day maybe because he was very busy to Laika. That's what she thought. She's very jealous without a proof.
