Chapter 10: Love and Faith (End)

The third task cancelled for that day because of what happened yesterday. She heard that Xander cancelled it because of her situation. She was very happy when she knows it. Honestly, she wants to have a rest for now to continue to think very deeply.

She walks up in her bed when someone bumps her intentionally. It was Laika the bitch..!Laika accused that she's only acting that's why the third task cancelled. Laika also said that she did it intentionally for a reasoned that she might end up crying for loosing this game again. And only the miracle has happened before, when she won the first entry of the competition. She's really angry about Laika said to her. Not intentionally that she slap Laika's face. She wept like a child in front of her. She don't know that, that's slapping thing has been witnessed by Xander. And when Laika saw Xander coming to their direction she cried as if that was very painful thing that she ever felt from that moment. Maybe it was really painful because she seemed to pour that entire slap the rage that she felt.

She can't look to his direction. It's not that she's guilty for what she did. Because honestly, Laika deserves it. But because she was frightened to see the reactions of Xander towards Laika. She knows how Laika is important to Xander's life and she cannot bier to see how in love/cared he was for Laika. Xander dismissed Laika and promise to follow her later. He wants to have a word of Lean. Laika obey the order of Xander but before she goes; she turned to Lean and smile, as if she already got the sympathy to Xander.

She turned around wishing that Xander wouldn't see her miserable face. She wouldn't let him know how miserable he was because of him. This is the moment of truth..She thought that Xander will reprimand her about what happened awhile ago. She thought that Xander will remind her that Laika is his Love of his life and no one on earth should hurt her. From that thinking she started to cry. She was so scared in loosing Xander to her life. Why on earth? What just happened to her? She felt that it was really unfair for her, when she already know that she was going to put something in her life, but still she couldn't claim it for she thought it wouldn't for her.

She wanted to say to him how much she loves him but she can't for she thought that Xander is for Laika. She's struggling her breathe from the moment. For her, Xander was like a wind who sustains her life to breath but if he goes away, she might die. Her mind was full of conclusions but no proof.

All along she was wrong. She couldn't believe what happened next. Xander embrace her and cried for her shoulder. She doesn't know why Xander did that. As if those days of her grief and jealousness has covered with just a simple hug. They didn't talk much but their hearts listen towards their heart beats. She can sense also how miserable Xander was. They stayed in that position for a long moment and then no words he left. She knows that Xander wants to tell her that if he has a choice, he would rather choose her than Laika. She knew that from the bottom of her heart. They love each other's company. She couldn't stop crying. She knows that Xander hearts is for her not for Laika. She needs to win this battle against laika, Zardo, or even the Dark evil Fairy. Now that she have a reasoned to fight for the love of Xander. Because this love is not a one sided love. She prayed to God that somehow her Faith wouldn't be the causes of her lose. That her faith should be stronger as a stone.

The day of the third task begun. She couldn't understand but there's something light inside her heart that she wanted to burst it any moment. The third task of the Dark Fairy is to go to the Underworld to get the Venom of life. But before that, they should meet the king first. Pierre, the king of underworld. How can they meet him? When the king is leaving in the dark world of the underworld. He's actually collecting souls by the way. But before she sees him and asks of getting Venom of life. She must first pass through the hidden labyrinth. A labyrinth of death. The Dark Fairy instructs them that the one, who first back, will win and will be the bride of Xander. They had boats in going there. But they have one each boat. Laika is in the first place in managing the boat. While her she has to do lot of efforts to manage it well. Even at first, she find it hard because that still her first time and there's more buttons to poke that's why; but she's glad that she's intelligent enough to maneuver it.
