A week Later...

"Taraji POV"

"Why do you have to leave? I thought season was over." I stated to my boyfriend that was in the midst of packing his bag once again to leave to LA again.

"I gotta work babe. You know that. Even though season is over I still have to work." He said as he put more T-shirts in his suitcase

"So when will you be back?" I asked as I sat on my bed in nothing but my silk robe and panties and he was dressed in a red and black Puma sweat suit and white Puma sneakers

"I'll be back in about two days the most. Its just to finalise my new contract and finish up some new training techniques." He said as he zipped the suitcase up and put it on the floor ready to put it in his car

"Look I'll be back before you know it baby. Maybe when I get back we can finally have some fun after all these months. I know you been missing this thang." He said with a smirk and I felt guilty as shit

Before I broke things off with Terrence my sex life has been great. Terrence definitely knows how to use what he's working with. I haven't been missing Travis at all. But I can't tell him that now can I?

"Hopefully you'll be back soon." I said as I wrapped my arms around his neck and pecked his lips

"I'm sorry I can't come with you to the airport, I need to get dressed. I have a meeting to attend concerning some of my employees in New York." I said to him as I stroked the back of his neck

"Its okay you don't need to come. I'm meeting Jamal and Brian there. We're flying together." He said as he kissed my lips once more before he picked up his suit case and I walked him out to his car

Time to get ready for work.

Half an hour later...

Dressed up in my usual business casual wear I headed to my Range Rover.

With my purse in tow I drove off to work.

On my way there I get a call from Travis's mom.

She quickly told me to come over to their place and I said I'll be there.

The drive to their house was short as I listened to some of Kehlani's latest hits.

I pulled up in their driveway, got my purse then locked my car and headed to the front door.

Ms Evelyn came and opened it. She gave me a small smile and motioned for me to come in.

"Taraji darling how are you?" She asked as we took a seat in the kitchen at the counter

"I'm fine thank you Ms Evelyn. How have you been?" I politely asked with a smile

"I've been great sweety, even better if I get the good news." She smirked at me

"What good news?" I asked cause I honestly don't know what this women is talking about

"Oh come on honey. You and Travis are grown you don't have to hide from us." She said smiling
