This is the story of me
When I was in middle school....There was a girl
Who's name was Sahara
Cool and sweet she was
A little nerdy tooWe were friends
And mind you friends then
But how could I ever know
When it grew into something more than thatSo knowingly or unknowingly
I can't tell
I started crushing on her
Oblivious to all this was sheI wanted her to not only be my best friend
But a lot more than that
I could do anything for her
And mind you that's not a lieMeeting her left all my disappointments
The only thing she gave me was hope and encouragement
I could talk to her for hours
Without a break or a pause, just listening to her laughI didn't know what was happening with me
My thoughts would always roam around and reach to her
I couldn't concentrate on anything
And the main problem was I liked itSo one day I decided to go all out
Collecting up all of my courage
I went to her
Hoping for the bestI told what I felt
She laughed and kissed me on my cheek
And said we couldn't be anything more than friends
And that was the endEnd of my dreams
Which I wanted to share with her
End of everything
I ever had with herSo I went back
With my heart
Which was broken in thousands of pieces
And grievedFor a whole week I was depressed and sad
Even the worst thing in the world couldn't be as bad
But then, then I decided the past was past
And I needed to move onI went to school the next day
There was a new admission
The girls name was Margret
And I ended giving up my heart again...-Tan
