Pre-written Death

Once a clear blue sky
Now only the black smoke lies

Once could be seen thousands of stars
Now the pollution bars

Once was full of beautiful scenes
Now there's nothing that can be called green

Once was a paradise
Now turned into a wasteful sight

Once gave life to holy man
Now going to die by his hands

What have we done? What have we done?
We have changed it all we have destroyed it all

The ice's melting
The sea's rising

Australia's burning
And just a couple days later great storms it's facing

What have we done? What have we done?
We try to return it back to it's earlier state but with no success

Team trees is happening
Governments are trying

Meetings are taking place
Social awareness's increasing pace

What have we done? What have we done?
We try to reduce the destruction but just to no avail

Rules have been given
Norms have been formed

But is there any result
Nothing at all

What have we done? What have we done
We have broken the earth we have murdered the earth

Is there any clean drinking water left
Everywhere we go there is only waste

The ozone layer's depleting
The pollution alarms are beeping

So what have we done? What have we done?
Nothing just nothing

Every person when is born suffers from a disorder which has no cure
Death is what we call it and it we fear

So is the life of earth any different
And wasn't it's death when it was born written

And like in humans aren't we just a cancer making it happen
So as we accept death and never fight for the Mother Earth why do we try

So please change the slogan 'Save Earth'
To 'Replace Earth'
