Naruto decided to wear the gloves, socks, and trousers that Hiruzen gave to Naruto before in order to cover it from Minato.
Naruto(Mind):

Then Minato called Naruto to eat but Naruto took a long time to respond until Minato decided to went to Naruto's room to look for Naruto and when Minato opened the door, he saw that Naruto was still busy to wearing the jacket in order to cover himself, Minato seemed so confused so he asked Naruto
" Naruto, why are you wearing those clothes?
" I-I j-just don't feel well today!"
" what's wrong with you Naruto? Are you got a fever?"
Just when Minato wanted to touch Naruto's forehead, Naruto quickly moved away from Minato
" I'm okay dad, I just got fever"
" Why are you avoiding me? let me touch it"
" No, Dad please I don't wanna you to get sick too, then after dinner, can you go home? I wanna be alone tonight "
