Kelsey's POV

We entered belk to the smell of perfume and new clothes and different leather bags in a variety of colors."hey honey let's go over to the prom dresses" we walked pass all of the jewelry and found the sparkly prom dresses hung up on silver racks."oh Kelsey how about this one?" She held a yellow strapless dress that fell to the ankles it was very silky and had diamonds across the heart line."mom I was thinking more like I don't know,something unique?" I shrugged my shoulders and squinted my eyes at the light that was above me."hmmm well this one is absolutely unique!" She pointed to the yellow dress that she was holding hung up on a black hanger on the silver rack." Va va voom! what is that over there!" I looked to my left and there it was a beautiful baby blue dress that faded into an ocean of navy blue that fell to the floor with a train of fabric,it was strapless with shining silver droplets of diamonds that stopped at the waist"that is the one!" I ran over to the dress of my dreams and it was unique just like I expected! I skimmed behind the dress but that was the last one on the rack,and I asked an employee if there were anymore but that was the last one in stock"I hope this is my size" I whispered to myself as I stuck my hand inside the dress to look at the tag. Surprisingly it was my size out of all of them that were gone the last one in stock happens to be my size, I was shocked."whoo! Um honey do you have any idea how much this lovely creation cost?" She puckered her lips up with one eyebrow raised and waved her fingers at me"mom" I smiled and wrapped one arm around her onto her shoulder"c'mon mom this is a very important night for me and it has to be as special as possible!" I stared at the side of her face trying to make her give in"oh honey" she mushed her lips and hid her eyes and held her breath thinking about it for a second"ok fine!" She smiled and hugged me as I squeezed her as tight as possible in my arms."thank you,thank you,thank you!" I shut my eyes, I grabbed the dress gently off the rack and ran to the register, and I didn't do this for harry it was all for me!"hello,find everything ok?" The lady behind the counter asked me while I laid my dress on the beige surface trying to catch my breath"yes! Just fine!" I smiled because I was so happy to finally get something so expensive that I actually wanted for the first time in 17 years! Not even when I graduated!"ok your total is $89.45" my mom pulled out her duck tape wallet I made for her with stripes and polka dots"here you go" my mom handed her the money and I followed the $100 bill fly across my eyes"heres your receipt" she pulled the receipt out of the machine and cut it off,and put it in the bag with my beautiful dress inside waiting for me to show off tonight at the party! I ran away with the bag down the laminated floor"ok well have a nice day!" The employee yelled from behind the counter"yeah thanks!" I yelled back still running out of the store belk back to the car that was obviously locked so I pulled and tugged at the handle"hurry mom open it up!" I yelled as my mom made her way at a slow pace to the car and clicked the button and the car beeped open"thank god let's get out of here!" I scrambled in the car and buckled my seatbelt and watched my mom get settled in the drivers seat and reverse out of the parking spot that we were currently occupying. When we pulled up to my house I jumped out and ran inside, up the stairs into my room and locked the door behind me and got naked and put my dress on and forgot to zip it up to see how I looked in it"va va voom! Hubba hubba!" I felt so beautiful but there was only one person that made me feel free and sexy and it was harry.
