Chapter 1: The beginning

Riverdale High

The school where you could be whatever you wanted to be. The school where bring a freak of nature was normal to all these kids. The smiling faces, the open arms to those who need them, the caring parents that kiss you on the forehead and tuck you in at night. Thats what everyone expected and got in the small tiny town of Riverdale. Well everyone except for......

Cheryl Marjorie Blossom

Someone who grew up with neither a mother or father. Im not saying they died fighting in a war. Im saying they aren't there to care-- or should i say aren't there love.

     Cheryl Blossom
'Starting in a new state at a new school was that last thing i wanted.' I thought was i played with the cereal in my bowl. "Are you excited sweetie?" Daddy asked me, snapping me out of my thoughts. "Do you want me to be excited?" I asked looking up at him. As always I did what I was told to please my mom and dad.  Mainly my father because if I didn't he'd - "Cheryl dear it's not about what he wants it's about what you want love." My mother said leaving the room. Of course it's about what I want but if I were to say something it would come out as something like this 'WHY THE HELL WOULD I VE HAPPY THAT YOU'RE TAKING MY AWAY FROM MY FRIENDS MY HOUSE MY LIFE. I NEVER ASKED YOU FOR ANYTHING BUT NOW IM ASKING THAT YOU CRAWL IN A WHOLE AND DIE.' But I mean, maybe that's a little to far. Even for me.

                                 SKIP AHEAD

"BYE!" Clifford and Penelope Blossom shouted as they dropped off a startled and afraid Cheryl. She shakingly opened up the door to see all types of people. She had expected to see everyone walking around getting to class. Your typical mean girl movie cliques and everything else but she didn't. That frightened Cheryl, more than it should have. She looked down at her hands and read her paper. "221, science." She said looking up. It felt like the whole school was looking at her. She held her head down and walked untill she stupidly and embarrassingly bumped into someone, causing all her books and her backpack to fall. Kids were laughing and pointing. Cheryl could feel heat rush to her cheeks. Embarrassed! She always got embarrassed when she was the center of attention. She quickly picked them up and scurried down the hall.

'221' The room door said as she approached it. She had entered the class and sat in the very back where she wouldn't be noticed and where no one would even think of looking. In the back in the corner behind the fat kid that eats his booger's. 'ew' Cheryl thought. "Alright class, today we have a new student her name is Cheryl Blossom. She came all the way from Alaska." The teacher said. "Can you stand up for us Cheryl, you can introduce yourself more if you'd like." She said smiling. Oh how Cheryl hated that smile. She knew she was embarrassing her and she didn't even care to stop.

Cheryl came up to the front with her head down. She had to pigtails In her hair, overalls with a bunny on it with tights and little white shoes. "Would you like to tell us something about you Cheryl?" The teacher said. Cheryl shook her head. "Why not?" She asked. "It's embarrassing." Cheryl whispered. "It's not embarrassing to talk about yourself Cheryl, now come on." She said nudging Cheryl's arm. Cheryl looked up at her and her eyes began to water. Why could she be a big girl this once and talk. 'You look stupid.' she thought to herself.

"Can I please sit down?" Cheryl whispered to the teacher. "Alright, have a seat Ms. Blossom." She said as soon as the bell rang. Cheryl rushing to her seat trying to avoid how she knew her face was red and how she already knew the tip of her ears would be as red as her face. As she was about to leave "Can I speak with you Ms.Blossom?" She asked. Cheryl shook her head and kept trying to walk out of the class. "It was more of a command not a suggestion." She said. "Please." Cheryl whispered. "I-i-im s-s-sorry just I wanna go h-ome." She said trying her best to speak loud like her father taught her. "Alright, I guess we can talk about this later." She said letting Cheryl leave.
