"Are you okay Maru?"
Maru began to worry again, questioning his own thoughts.
"Why? Why do I feel this way again? What is it? Why does it feel so... Warm... Why do I only want to be around Aleister right now?"
"Maru... I..."
"Is it even right to love this way? Isn't it supposed to be opposite genders? Why do I feel this way? He told me this was wrong... I-I'm scared to love..."
"Maru... I didn't tell you everything..."
"I knew I couldn't trust you! You are the reason I feel this way! This has everything to do with you!"
"Maru, that's not true! Everything I've told you is the truth! I saved you your life! My dad would've killed you! But you choose not to believe me don't you..."
"What else did you lie about?!"
"Pure assassins are rare... But I have seen other pure assassins. It's just that I-"
"So I don't have to be a part of this!"
Maru's panic causes him to get even angrier, making him to hyperventilate.
"I didn't have to meet you! You lied to me! You made me trust you!"
"Calm down you're gonna pass out!"
"Don't tell me what to do! I don't wan-"Maru woke up, on his knees, hearing distant laughter. He looked around him noticing children surrounding him on all sides.
"We got a rainbow boy here! What a loser! Aww you want a hug?"
Maru looks up, noticing a boy directly in front of him.
"Don't worry about them. They don't understand."
"I-I'm sorry. I shou-"
"Hey, hey, it's okay! Guess what? I "like" like you too!"
Maru got up, but suddenly ran away.
"I'm sorry, I just can't...""Who are you... You're not my son. You can't be my son!"
"Dad I didn't me-"
"Who is it? Who is he?"
"He's a nobody! Leave him alone!"
Maru's dad had just picked him up from school. Maru guessed that somehow one of the teachers found out and had told his dad what happened at school.
"What's his name?"
"I don't kn-"
"Don't you dare sit there and lie to me... Maru... tell me his name!"
"No! I don't care what you say! I love him! I won't let you hurt him! You don't care how I feel anyway! You never cared! Mom would've cared! She didn't hate me like you do!"
"Remember your place boy. you're under my rules. You are not going to say anything like that. And don't you even bring up that whore. She deserved everythi-"
"Don't you dare. Don't you dare sit right there and shame my mother while she's dead!"
"Hehe, haha, AHAHAHAHA! Who the hell do you think you are! You're no hero... You don't have the strength to protect one person! You couldn't even protect her!"
Maru began to tremble at the belief that his dad was about to kill him just then.
"I promise... I promise I'll never ever treat anyone the way you treat me... You monster! You're a monster! You don't care about anyone but yourself! You're a selfish bastard!"
"You've crossed the line boy..."
Maru regretted running away at school. He only wanted to turn back time and do it all over again just to say how he felt.
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry I didn't have the courage to tell you that I love you..."Maru woke up, panting and sweating.
"I'm sorry Maru... I lied because I didn't want you to know tha-"
"No Aleister! I'm sorry! I should've listened!"
Maru began to cry. Aleister sat next to Maru.
"Maru... I chose you because I like, no, love you."
Maru got up and looked at Aleister, still crying, but with a smile on his face.
"Aleister..."End of Ch.4
